    Respect is one thing but absolutute subserviance is another. "I am higher than you so you cannot or will not disrespect or challenge my word." Society is not a military organisation but Thais think that 'orders' must be complied with. Saving or losing face is something I will never understand and will never like. I think it rubbish.

    ATM cards aren't even national without being charged a inter-provincial fee. You do, however, raise a valid point. Thailand is a country where a large % of the population works/lives outside of their home province.

    It has to be provincial. If it turns out they go with sub-district for many this will be pretty much the same as 4km.

He's one of the biggest reasons, if not the biggest, why Thailand has got a government the majority of Thai people did not want. He's the puppeteer.

    Looking at this pic reminds me of a time when a BIB asked me if I wanted to buy a pistol. Glock. Wanted Bt5000. This was a long time ago. I should have bought it. Apart from that I'm sure there is more than one "off the record" gun among this lot.

    This says it all.....well nearly. No mention of the senators who overthrew the votes of millions of the voting populace and hence ..."failed to secure majority support in Parliament for the top job." and not just this but was denied the formation of government. Also fails to mention that PTP jumped into bed with the enemy and the enemy of their support base.

    Interesting. If I was into conspir...... (wait not sure if it's actually allowed through algorithm but let's find out,) conspiracy theories, then how about this? He's being paid big, big, big time by the uncle's to do this. Destabalise the coalition and continue to do so by whatever means and hopefully sometime in future the whole thing collapes and .... ps. just a thought.
