  1. Who? That's the thing. If Prayut somehow manages it or it's another military man I don't think the people will stand for it. MFP coalition will have a clear majority in the house so what would the political situation be with a hostile house against the PM. Can there be a vote of no confindence against the PM? If there can then the ruling coalition would win the vote of no confidence easily thus ousting the PM. I'm not sure.
  2. As I remember the previous govt didn't have a clear majority either. It was a coalition and bought off army generals in the senate that got them in.
  3. They will have 309 MP's. You would expect that part of the coalition deal is to vote for him as PM. I think the 250 senate lackeys will abandon Prayut. The people have spoken in the most emphatic way in Thailand's history. MFP and PT have a clear mandate from the people for change.
  4. Things have advanced considerably from this post. Prayut is gone. Pita will be the new PM of Thailand.
  5. It will not be long before there is a referundum to change the constitution. I think even the EC and the Constitutional Court are even backed into a corner. The people know the are Prayut lackeys and the military know that the coming months could see Thailand transition peacefully or it could be complete chaos. A coup will not work this time. Dissolution of parties will result in an uprising. This is it. Thailand is moving forward.
  6. Not this time. I think real change can happen and this is what the people of Thailand want. I hope you are wrong.
  7. Nothing to see here. When it comes to important news at this time this article is around 0.5/10 for importance.
  8. Things are moving rapidly. Pita is in the process of forming a 309 MP, 6 party coalition. Prayut is gone. Pita will be the next PM of Thailand and the 250 lackey senators will have no choice but to abandon Prayut and accept the will and the mandate of the people.
  9. This is somewhat old news. Things are moving rapidly. Pita is in the process of forming a 309 MP, 6 party coalition. Prayut is gone. Pita will be the next PM of Thailand and the 250 lackey senators will have no choice but to abandon Prayut and accept the will and the mandate of the people.
  10. Looking at the latest news Pita says he is forming a 6 party coalition making 309 MP's. He will be the next PM of Thailand. I can't see the 250 lackey's having any other choice but to accept the outcome and the mandate given by the people. To do so would have massive negative consequences for this country.
  11. The dissolution of the party/parties would though via massive street protests. The army want to maintain their power. This is the coalition I expect. I was wrong. Formation of coalition is underway. Details to be found elsewhere. 6 party coalition 309 MP's. Prayut is gone. His lackeys in the Senate will abadon him.
  12. Ever been drunk on alcohol? Causes more damage to your body than a chuff or two. Never know what will happen with the dope laws. I'm hoping they will see sense and at the very least leave it dicrimanalised.
  13. It would seem they have awakened and in a massive way. This 'movement' cannot and will not be stopped.
  14. From what I've read they were held in estate. I'm no lawyer but I think until the estate is settled the money/shares/stock etc are not yours. Just a thought.
  15. Not long at all and rightfully so. The people have had a gut full and if these military megalomaniacs and if seize power from a massive and indisputable people's vote against them trouble will ensue. Of this I have no doubts. Blood will be spilt.
  16. Yes and this does not bode well for Thailand.
  17. Legal obsticles AKA Prayut's lackeys in the EC and the Constitutional Court. They dissolve either MFP or PT they will have a revolution on their hands and will be guilty of spilling the blood of the people who have clearly and comprihensively voted against them.
  18. It's happened everywhere in BKK. The people have spoken and they want change.
  19. Pretty much a non story this one. Not exactly the biggest news in this election.
  20. This is Thailand so this cannot be ruled out. If it happens the people of Thailand will not accept it and will raise up. The people have had enough of military dominance in politics. The army knows this so I think the possibility of a coup is lessened but of course TIT.
  21. The people have voted for change. It's a simple as that. The less simple bit is will they get it or will Prayut and his mob hold on to power by any other means ingnoring the clear will of the people?
  22. Today BKK is orange. Not just the sky. A complete trouncing for Prayut and his military croneys. If he does't go BKK, Issan and the North will errupt.
  23. This is the interesting bit. The 250 military lackeys in the Senate. It sure is a complicated system they have here. Not sure about this. Maybe it's meant to be MFP with 14 million votes to PT 10 million. Not 14 million ahead which would be 24 million to 10 million. MFP and PT are a lot closer vote wise than this indicates.
  24. Nothing new. Always part of elections in Thailand.
  25. I said some weeks back that PT would lose the youth vote. I'm guessing this is the case.
