Not much open air mate when thousands of people are shoulder to shoulder breathing and spitting in each others faces and parties going on all over Thailand with pretty much everyone not wearing masks. Reality is there was a small bump after Songkran. That was it and this is at the time of a new sub-variant. Seems like some people just can't move on. The risk level is very, very, very low for the majority.

It would seem the usual person/s do not understand there is a difference. Go to hospital because of Covid or go to hospital for something else and test positive in the screening process with Covid. It's a very simple concept to understand. Without a proper breakdown we don't know but my guess is a high % would be incidental i.e. not there for Covid but have covid. Why is there no data on this? Why is there no data on comorbidities and age? The figures are just raw figures and without a breakdown of these influences on the numbers it pretty much makes them just an overview. What can't be argued is the numbers are absolutely very, very low compared to the Delta era. We are no longer there. That was the past. Omicron is the present and would seem to be the future. A non-fatal, non-serious virul infection for the majority of the global population.

By new, sorry "better" method of teaching you obviously mean 21st Century teaching. Try doing that in a mid 20th Century classroom with 40 odd kids, a blackboard and some chalk. I think you are wrong. There is a new generation. MFP understand the youth vote. The youth votes are future votes. The corrupt dinasaurs are the past. MfP are also and will be getting middled aged votes from those who were Thaksin voters and the yellow shirts who are not the ultra conservative royalists. I undestand corruption Thailand is how it this country works and is begrudgingly accepted by the populice but I'll guaruntee you the populice would be happier without it.

What matters now for Thailand is Prayut either listens to the people or not. If he does maybe it will be the same with self serving corrupted politicians or just maybe MFP will change things. If Prayut doesn't listen to the will of the people and uses his corrupted system to stay in power then as I have been saying Thailand will explode.

Corruption to a maximum, classrooms in most state and all tessaban and wat scools basically the same as they were mid 20thC where chalk, blackboards and fans are the highest level of technology, way to many students per class, not enough teachers, overworked teachers etc which is the complete opposite of the elite government schools, elite private schools and international schools. It is all about maintaining the status quo of the minority owning the majority. Reform in education is the same as getting rid of corruption. Those who can change will not because it's their power, wealth and status that will be affected.

He is a coup making general. He is there for the power not the people. He is a complete ____ and the people of Thailand have had enough. The silent majority as you say are about to vote en masse albeit for PT or MFP against Prayut. If he goes against the will of the people the silent will no longer be silient.

I think the point is that the will of the people will not be outcome and having 250 paid off lackeys in the senate is in no way democratic hence there is a likelyhood of large scale social unrest which is a "dark predicition".

I've asked some Thais and their response is pretty much the same. Draw their finger across their neck aka cut his throat. I would call that hate. My wife hates him. My daughter hates him. My wife's entire extended family hates him. People I work with hate him. I think hate is perfectly apt for how the majority of this nation feels about Prayut. This will be reflected in the election.
