recommend back surgeon / spinal orthopedic doctor in Chiang Mai ?
dinsdale replied to lsemprini's topic in Chiang Mai
It's nice and sadly not always the case to get a reasoned and adult response on here. For this I thank you, I'm guessing but I reckon it's a fair chance you're not young. I really do suggest trying dope and again I'm guessing you're not a dope smoker/eater/drinker. It's very good for chronic pain. Try absolutely everything before you have someone do surgery on your spine even if it's a bit of shaving. It's guaranteed you already have osteoarthritis in your spine and this degenerative process will continue. Chronic pain is a very bad thing (and here I know I'm preaching to the converted) but you have to ask yourself will invasive surgery on your spine be worth it, will it make things better for your quality of life both short term and long term (however long that may be) and do you trust the medical advice. Best of luck. p.s. Only those who have suffered from and continue to suffer from spinal disc injuries and problems truly know the pain. -
Not just Trump. The US doesn't recognise this lot which means the current government. Biden. This is not an independent court.

recommend back surgeon / spinal orthopedic doctor in Chiang Mai ?
dinsdale replied to lsemprini's topic in Chiang Mai
My recommendation is put up with. How long ago did this happen? Is the herniation in or out and how severe is it. 25 years ago I had a severe herniated disk L4 L5. Internal to the spinal cord not external. I was referred to a well respected surgeon. He said I can fuse it or you put up with it for the rest of your life. I chose the latter and it still plays up every now and again some 25 yrs later. The surgeon actually recommended not to fuse. Of course every situation is different but I've talked to people who have had fusions done and they've regretted it. I strongly suggest you look into this before you have any surgery. There are some simple back muscle exercises that might help. Disk fusion should be the absolute last option. Maybe try dope. It helped with my pain during the worst of it. When my disk herniated it was like someone had a full on run up and smashed my spine with a hammer. As I say some 25 years later it still plays up now and then but I think I made the right choice of no surgery. -
What a complete and absolutely void of any rational thought comment this is but it's well inline with the absolutely disgraced legacy media narrative. The chaos you talk of is being generated by the radical progressive woke left Democrats and their mates in the legacy media which you are a supporter of. Pure insanity. Your thoughts and comments are based on what MSNBC/CNN/MSN etc. tells you what to believe and you simply spew this back out on this forum. You are very good at one thing and that is exposing your ignorance and a total faith in what what the legacy media tells you what the "truth" is. I find it very disturbing that the flock of sheeple have an absolute belief in what they are told to believe without an ounce of critical thought.

The Decline of Free Speech: How the UK Became a Third-Class Nation
dinsdale replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Freedom of speech or more accurately it's decline has been well in evidence over the past four years and continues. It's those who control the narrative that tells you what you can and cannot say. What is truth and what isn't. Determines if what you say is misinformation or disinformation. Australian Labor Party is trying to introduce a misinformation bill where the government determines your freedom of speech. -
And here's a pic of their newest nuclear submarine. Can you spot it?

Ooops! Wrong quote. Sorry.

According to these figures [latest transrespect report], there was one trans person murdered in the UK in that time [1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018], and a total of nine trans people were murdered in the UK between 2008 and 2017. That’s an average rate of one victim per year. https://www.channel4.com/news/factcheck/factcheck-how-many-trans-people-murdered-uk 2023/24 England and Wales recorded 583 murders in a year. https://www.statista.com/statistics/283093/homicides-in-england-and-wales/ It's pure pandering to a minority radical activist group. Madness.

Paetongtarn Celebrates Court Victory, Stresses National Goals

This outcome was always known. PTP are needed to maintain the status quo. Only those that threaten the status quo are found guilty. -
I agree with most of your post. Ukrainian's want a negotiated settlement. I posted previously about this and this is the case. Sooner or later there will be nobody left to fight is also correct. As I continually say this war is a protracted war of attrition and the numbers are well and truly stacked on Putin's side. Some of the 10,000 DPRK detachment from China? This I doubt. No way forward for Ukraine is absolutely correct. A negotiated ceasefire is the only way they will not lose more ground. As for winter setting in this is a big point as this should see things slow down. Not stop but hopefully slow down as it has the previous winters. Sadly there's a few on here who will from this post accuse me of being a traitor, someone against freedom, someone that doesn't care about massive amounts of people dying, a Trump fan boy, a Putin boot licker etc., etc. To them I've got one thing to say. TRUMP WON

Ok but being issued Russian kit doesn't automatically mean they are engaged in combat. Again there is no evidence, as of yet, that they are. As for escalation I have previously pointed out that the DPRK has supplied tonnes of ammunition and weapons to Ukraine well before the arrival of this small number of troops. Basically they are one ant on an ant hill. As I said Russia is losing in excess of one thousand troops a day. Sort of puts 10,000 troops into perspective. p.s. Still waiting for your answer to what you think is going to happen over the next two months.
