At least 20 people killed in mass shooting in Thailand: Police
kwilco replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Ghastly.... hardly bear to think about it Another policeman and a legally held gun. -
I believe this vehicle was built by Thairung, the Thai car manufacturer. It was based on the old Frontera Navara D22 model. So depending on which parts you are after you could chase up Thairung or Nissan. At the end of the Chonburi bypass there are several vehicle dismantlers who might help you with this too. There are also several body shops dotted along Sukhumvit ...you can see the panels and trays stacked up in rows outside Production of the model I'm thinking of ceased around 2006??

Your grasp of sources available is so limited, it's no wonder that you resort to false dichotomies. -
It would seem that ASEAN NOW don't recognise topics as eco related.

I see viewing figures were much lower than expected. Lower than Lady Di's funeral and lower than Boris's speech on Covid. -
Seems strange that there is no forum to discuss ecological, conservation and wildlife/ nature issues. Thailand has some pristine forests, some of the best natural resources in SE.Asia. Tourism which relies on this, forms 20% of Thai GDP. Yet much of the countries natural resources are under threat. There are severe wilife issues affecting both flora and fauna. Thailand is regarded as a major hub of the illegal wildlife trade. There are serious pollution issues. (v. The EEC corridor) Sea, rivers, soil and air are under threat...property prices are suppressed in some areas. There is a section on cannabis, on cars, on bit coin....surley some are concerned about the future of the Kingdom?

Interesting cortege in Scotland. I like the democratic response of the people...clapping and the "royal salute" - phone in hand lifted for photos Surprised by the vehicles. No Rolls-Royce. First car a Merc Followed by a Bentley (VW) Then a rather dark flock of Range Rovers (Tata). I found them rather sinister like the Chervy Suburbans used by FBI or Men in Black -
Anyone living and working here is to some extent deporting this militaristic regime.... they are ci doing all its actions .... unless there something about it. So if I see an old lady being attacked in the street, I gnome it on the basis it is Thailand and I'm not Thai. or how about these people formulate foreign policy and that includes my home country. So I'm not allowed to object to thus unless I'm in my home country. What about Thailand's attitude to political prisoners....just turn a blind eye and pull up my speedos shuffle my things and sip my Chang....I'm alright Jack.... or too timid to act?

“Way to a million” Soi Dog hits 750,000 sterilisations in Thailand
kwilco replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Pedro you are so silly....dogs breed rapidly and if the food available is good they breed even more rapidly. This is not debatable...it is proven. Once a dog population is small then it can be managed....there is no culling in the UK, several dogs a few hundred are put down because of age or health....this is not culling. The numbers of dogs in Thailand cannot be controlled with "regular patrols" How do you propose to cull them? -

Let's be clear scout 2 things... 1 - Culling dogs doesn't work. 2 - SDF reduced the stray dog population in Phuket from 80,000 to 6000.
