This is true; they are doing all they can to make life as difficult and awkward as they can.

Are you living under a rock? The country is in a state of emergency and your rights under this are very limited.
Your rights ended on this day:

Similar things are happening in most countries. The needs of the many have now superseded your personal rights. Your rights have been suspended until further notice.
Please learn to read.

How's that? I don't drink, but believe in the rights of others to do so, responsibly.

Why should the police, in the middle of a crisis, make extra work for themselves.
Ban it outright and be done with it. Sorry, that prospect probably scares you to death.
Because the job of the police is to police. But that's over your head. Oh, and I don't drink, but I do believe in fairness.
And it can be done:

We're in the middle of a crisis, yet you expect the police force to decide on who can drink and who shouldn't. You're the king of "stupid comments".
See. It can be done.

That's not what I said. Lol. The police can stop social drinkers gathering. After all, they can't be difficult to see or hear. Blimey it's not rocket science. And I'm the stupid one?

I think it's called policing, and being responsible, whilst leaving stores open. Or something similar. It's working elsewhere.

Fine. Then prevent people from doing just that and stop penalising responsible drinkers who are having a quiet one at home.

I completely agree. When I see figures of around 100 new cases/day, out of 60 million people, I’ll be honest and say I don’t take it too seriously. If the figures were 1,000s with 100s dying each day I’d think differently. If that sounds irresponsible so be it. But I don’t think of it in that way.

Yes, I remember it well.

Thai has always been a joke for the insane variety of aircraft they fly. Getting rid of the 747s and 777s makes a lot of sense, along with the 380s. They will be a better airline sticking to the 330, 350, and the 787, although they should have some 321s as part of their mainline strategy.
I think it's the old 777-200s & 300s they want rid off. They still have a number of relatively new 777-300ERs that they will want to keep. I agree with the 747s going as they should be in a museum. The A380s are uneconomical, but with the price of fuel as it is right now they might stay a little longer. I agree with the 321s as these would be a great regional aircraft.

The loss of face would be too big IMHO. Rarely does a government allow a flag carrier to fail. But it would be a good time for a complete overhaul.

If the locals read the facts about wearing a mask, and the uses thereof, they might think differently, but it’s an Asian thing. I didn't wear one until recently, but when in Rome.

Instead they are merely scuttling around to provide Immigration requested paperwork, rather than firing back at yet another example of completely unnecessary red tape.
Yes, I am looking at you, the British and US Embassy. Once again you are failing your fellow citizens.
I feel that long gone are the days where embassies were representatives of their citizens abroad, and have now become trade missions. Their citizens are becoming a hindrance.

If it is true (which I doubt as I’ve heard nothing from real experts) then we should also be fined 5,000 baht for breathing as we might spread it that way. Imbecile.

A .380 is a 9mm short. The bullet is the same diameter as a regular 9mm but lighter bullet and has a shorter case and a lighter charge. These are usually smaller pistols designed for concealed carry. James Bond carried a .380 Walther PPK.I know. It was a joke.

Show them the videos from France, Spain and Italy of the people their age gasping for breath, lying in their urine and feces because there is no one available to clean them, let them see those begging for help, slowly dying. Maybe they will get it.
If not, just isolate them all together in a cheap flat and they can get to know each other some more.
I haven’t seen any of these scenes. Sounds horrific. Could you point me to your source, please? Thanks.
