maybe deja vu... but wasnt this in the news a few months back? -
i just love when someone says, 'we all know what that means', rather than actually putting words to it. i would like to know what some of YOU know that most of us apparently dont. so please, put words to it.

I hardly ever see cops patrolling the expressways or country roads... that would be better done in cars... and well they dont do it either way. no argument about cities... and the vehicles should be supplied -

you obviously dont know thai police. couple years ago, in rayong, there was a gold shop robbery. police had plenty of time to get there, but waited for perpetrators to be gone before showing up. it made the news and people were really pee'd off. only reason these corrupt @$$ wipes have a gun is for intimidating the honest folk. -

this one, i can understand. the whole ticket system is archaic and dates back to the Mesozoic era. back home the cop writes up a ticket and you can pay at any bank or send a check in the mail. here, they take our licences (i am not sure if this has changed yet... i have not got a ticket in a while... but it was supposed to change) and we have to go pay at the station. if i am coming from bkk and going to rayong, i dont want to waste time by going to the station... in a nutshell, the whole system was rigged to promote corruption. but hey, who am i to complain? i am just a falang even if i should have my green card already. -
for some reason it seems impossible to find here. i looked for some couple years back and shops didnt even know what it was. as mentioned your best bet is COD... best of luck... really weird innit

jesus what a gibberish title. sometimes short and sweet is better. this girl sucks in her translation and reporting. her titles are always ludicrous -
I actually tried one... it works... maybe too well, Scary as heck. I already had an accident a few years back and almost sliced my hand off with a circular saw from the kickback when you stop and start again without backing up a bit... so I became wary of the small blade... but they do have them...
