  1. I have that one too... but it is not designed to help cough whereas the aerobika one's purpose is just that... I was given one after a few serious pneumonias followed by influenza type A and RSV virus contracted simultaneously
  2. this machine is designed specifically to help coughing... if you can find or order one in thailand it's called aerobika and you can google it
  3. I am being followed by a pneumonologist who is quite good and I am on a lot of medication. I have nasal spray but I just don't breathe so well from the nose. I have the very bad habit of breathing from my mouth. I have tried to change it, but it is still a work in progress.
  4. no reflux and I wear a mask because I breathe mainly from the mouth. My sinuses are not that great
  5. did it work the first time? and a man can be a woman...
  6. i'd like to see them deliver a baby to a trans woman. it would likely come out of the "tood", be very brown, smell very bad and they would then call that a baby. Why not? after all a man can be a woman and vice versa in their book. So with their mindset poop can be called a baby
  7. my old man's 95. You might still have quite a few years left... ya dont know. Anyways i been using my sleep apnea machine less than a week. By all reports it apparently really improves daily life. I will report if and when i see improvements
  8. then you have it. sometimes I take naps and just before I fall asleep i realise i am not breathing. it feels like drowning is the best i can describe it. i use to wonder why they had sleep clinics and now i understand. you dont need to spend a night in a sleep clinic. hospitals can hook you up to an HSAT machine then someone analyses the results painless and can save your life https://sweetsleepstudio.com/home-sleep-apnea-test-hsat-uses-indications-and-reasons/
  9. thanks, you are right. when i first read the post i pictured strawberry, blueberry etc flavors... I totally didnt see the forest for the tree...
  10. i have claustrophobia and as soon as the mask doesnt allow me to breathe freely i go into panic mode. I cannot use the nasal model because i breathe through the mouth. The fear factor is increased considerably with claustrophobia. when i talked to the sales rep she asked me if i was claustrophobic... seems i am no alone that has this problem
  11. So wrong... where did you get this info? Asylum seekers are covered under the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP), which provides temporary health insurance until they qualify for provincial or territorial health coverage. The IFHP includes:Medavie BCWikipedia Basic medical services such as doctor visits and hospital care Prescription medications Emergency dental and vision care Pre- and post-natal care Coverage begins upon issuance of an eligibility document and continues until the claimant withdraws their claim, leaves Canada, or transitions to provincial health insurance after a positive decision. Medavie BC 💰 Financial Assistance Asylum seekers may apply for provincial or territorial social assistance, similar to other residents in need. The amount and eligibility criteria vary by province. For example, in Ontario, a single individual might receive approximately $733 per month. Asylum seekers get more per month than many canadians get for their retirements. this is my situation: Current Rates: As of early 2025, the maximum monthly OAS payment is approximately $727.67 for individuals aged 65 to 74. With 20 years of residency, you'd receive about half of this amount, roughly $363.84 per month.
  12. right, tell that to my taxes they ain't high aenough as it is cos after all I am one of the lucky ones who will have to pay for these guys from now on. why don't countries like korea or japan take some of these guys in? I pity these guys, but canada currently has a housing crisis and this is du to trudeau's immigration policy. Take care of your own first. I love the guy's spoon in his left hand...
  13. title --> Thailand May Be Spared from US Tariff List Question: what in this article supports this might happen? Here is what Pichai states: 1. Strong Economic Ties Analysis: canada and mexico also have strong if not stronger ties... 2. Proactive Engagement: Thai officials are actively engaging in discussions with American firms, such as Seagate Technology, and are preparing proposals aimed at strengthening trade relationships. This proactive approach demonstrates Thailand's commitment to maintaining and enhancing its trade relations with the U.S. Analysis: engaging in discussions doesnt count for much on the scale of things 3. Export Performance: Thailand's export scene to the U.S. showcases impressive agricultural prowess, with significant exports in dog and cat food, rice, flavored tuna, and juices. The strong performance in these sectors may contribute to favorable considerations in trade negotiations. Analysis: Thailand's substantial trade surplus with the United States—approximately $45.6 billion in 2024 —has placed it under scrutiny in the context of U.S. tariff considerations. President Trump's "reciprocal tariff" policy aims to address such imbalances by imposing tariffs on countries with significant surpluses. --> the solution is clear, but none of this is mentioned in this article... below is what they should actually do: Thailand's export performance underscores its economic capabilities, addressing the trade imbalance through increased U.S. imports, tariff adjustments, and strengthened bilateral ties is central to its strategy to avoid potential U.S. tariffs. what is this guy Commerce Minister Pichai Naripthaphan smoking? Must be real good stuff. He should have mentioned that he can export some of this weed to the americans. Might gloss things over and after all, weed is a cash crop now in thailand Oh BTW... what is flavored tuna? some kind of popsicle? I think I'll pass on that one.
  14. sorry should read... german blitzkrieg in france... which kinda resembles what russia attempted on ukraine
  15. Kind of reminds me of the French in WWII. With their Maginot Line they were like a huffing and puffing cowardly rooster, all show and no content. About this, Trump is right. It is time Europe grows a pair and stops relying on the US. Europe has been cashing it in while giving a big show and likely it is now weaker than ever and Putin prolly now has all the proof he needs if he were to start invading other countries. Years of underfunding their own militaries while outsourcing their security to the U.S. have left Europe brittle and unprepared. The idiom goes, "learn history well in order not to repeat its mistakes". Right now things look like WWII in its beginnings with the German blitzkrieg in Ukraine. I have said it over and over, if things continue China will no doubt attack Taiwan. It would be a very strategic move after all. If the war is engulfed on two fronts then the West is in a precarious position to take it on... especially with the European Union as fat and slow to act as it currently is. And now with China and Russia getting closer by the day, it’s even more obvious the West is being outplayed.
  16. thanks for sharing that. I felt the same way when an old friend of mine told me he had it. Until you walk five miles... you dont get to understand what others are going through
  17. and i also have to pay the long distance which will take a while until someone figures out what i am trying to do
  18. stupid condescending comment. how can i use it if i dont know about it. would be way better if you introduced me to it in a friendly manner rather than in a jackass way
  19. that won't fix sleep apnea. it is a serious disease that affects many and of all ages
  20. yes and yes. some children have it and i believe i had it as a child. I had all the symptoms so this is what leads me to believe this now. also... I now have severe sleep apnea which means i stop breathing several times an hour so I believe that as i aged it just got worse. I used to think i had chronic fatigue... now i know why
  21. I'm in my country right now. You try calling a thai bank and talking to the people in english... lemme know how it goes
  22. Gee wiz... why is this a problem for you that I am wondering about what to do about it. I've been away for nearly a year and even if I wanted too (instead of scoffing at me) I will have to wait till june and I am wondering if it'll be too late to do anything about it by then... is that ok with you?
  23. I am trying... but having been in my country for the last 8 months with all the food I have missed for the last 21 years makes it difficult. But you are a 100% right. It is one of the things that helps to bring it down.
