These shows with similar degrading acts have been going on for at least the last 20 years or so. So why have the animal lovers not complained ?

UK Daily Mirror recently show a picture of a baby elephant here in Thailand with its front legs chained together and a box nearby for tourists to give money !!

I've been visiting a local hospital for a few days and there have been no temperature checking of patients or visitors entering.

....so that's about 46 a day ..not counting those that succumb to their injuries ...... TIT.  ... and we are worried about the virus !!!

I was under the impression that money over a certain figure had to have 'government' verification to check for money laundering etc !!?

I went to a Mini Tesco today and purchased a roll of bin bags, used one for the few things I bought. The bag will be used to line the bin and when full will be collected and dumped by the local Council next to the lake ! T he roll of bags will be kept in the car for next time..... so Tesco have a win win  situation !!! So those of us who dispose of our waste properly have to make do because the knuckle head oxygen thieves couldn't give a toss on how they dispose of their waste.

Perhaps drivers should be familiar with the use of the dip switch, how to use a roundabout and how to join a main road from a side road. Years ago there was a ban on blacked out car windows so now we have mirror widows. curtains across the lower half of lorry and bus windscreens, bunches of ecclesiastical nick- knacks hanging from all vehicle rear view mirrors and  five years worth of road tax stickers cutting out the driver's field of vision  What would be nice to see is the police themselves obeying the rules . 

I'm sure the girls in the bars will be overjoyed.... not !!  I wonder if TAT are telling the Indians what to be aware of once they set foot in Thailand ?

Try as they may , nothing will change. The video shown at the Licencing Departments is a waste of time. The round about signs, near our little market town, are sited 5 meters from the roundabout .  Traffic won't stop for those already in the roundabout. The police do nothing and are guilty of the practice. Local police ride around the town on motor bikes wearing their uniform peak caps...... as they ride by a sign saying ''Helmet 100% ''. .....school kids, 4 on a bike pass by them and no action is taken. City Hall your wasting your time.

''And this kind of incident damages the reputation of Pattaya as a world class tourist destination.''  I'm sure the twenty or so ping pong show touts in Walking Street would agree with the statement !!

I'll take my four wheeled cabin baggage case next time I go to shop.
