The motorcyclist moved before the light turned green but the taxi driver almost certainly ran a red light. I have learned to look both ways when the light turns green because jumping red lights is very common here.

They have put a huge number of Muslims in concentration camps. Other muslims endure slave labour and forced sterilisation.

Which Isan town/city is best for a bit of hanky panky?

A minor typo Bob. Yes you probably can get an STI for 500. -
A English Link To Homepro Paint Colors.

As with car paint mixing systems where the process is similar, ultimately how good the match is is down to the eye of the person mixing the paint. Some are better than others. My wife, or rather her workers, do not paint houses. Generally they are working on much larger buildings and structures. Right now they are working on an EGAT power station. Often large corporate customers have corporate colours and will provide the paint formula and specify the supplier it is to be sourced from. -

My wife runs a paint business. They can do whatever colour you like. The paint formulation is done by a computer controlled machine. The base paint is generally white and then they add colours (or tints as they tend to call them) using the computer which delivers precise quantities of the tint. They can work from a sample or, alternatively, they will have a huge number of formulations in the computer which they can work from. If you have a large job to do make sure to mix all the paint at the same time to ensure colour consistency. -
At this price point I would not bother with secondhand. Another point in favour of buying new is that the paperwork is much simpler.

A secondhand Porsche with a 12-18 months waiting list for a new car is hardly a typical EV. It is unreasonable to imply that the depreciation you experienced on that is what you can expect with a more mainstream EV.

Your experience at Ranong pier was broadly the same as mine. I have used Andaman Club many times over the years without problems. Ranong is about 120km from my home so going there is an easy day trip for me.

They don't have to justify the price.

Thai tourism targets expats with special deals
In the jungle replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I am travelling within Thailand next week. To the airport to fly to Vietnam for a holiday. -
Contrast that, which I do not doubt is true, with the various threads on here where people say that it is not possible to live in Thailand on less than 60K, 80K or whatever daft figure they come up with.

There are many videos online by people in the US who live in their cars. I remember one woman who was employed as an aircraft technician who work on Boeings but she could not afford to rent.

As you drive in to the Andaman Club ignore a signpost directing you to a car park on the right. Keep heading towards the waterfront. There is another car park there and I have never had a problem getting a space. The immigration/ticket building is adjacent to that car park. First go to the immigration window which is straight ahead as you walk into the building. The ticket people will not sell you a ticket unless immigration have given you the nod of approval. The ticket desk is about five metres away to the right. There is an ATM in the building. The ferries are hourly but I do not know the time of the last ferry back. The ferries are quite impressive with three 250 horsepower outboards and the crossing only takes about ten minutes each way. There is nothing much of interest at the Andaman Club. I don't gamble but there is a second rate duty free shop selling cigarettes with strange names. Generally I skip the golf cart ride up the hill to the club and just wait at immigration for the next ferry back. On the day I travelled in September I was the only farang there. The others were mostly Andaman Club employees and perhaps the odd gambler. On arrival back at the Thai side you need a completed arrival card and after receiving a new stamp you are on the way back to Phuket. I have a Non Imm O multiple entry visa. I cannot speak to how they deal with other categories.

It was open in September; albeit with hefty price hikes from pre-covid times. I recommend you use the Andaman Club as opposed to the port. Price pre-covid was 1000 Baht. When I crossed there in September 2600 Baht.

I agree. I use DHL for Thailand to UK now. I gave up on Thai post as they have proven to be too slow and unreliable.

Thailand Launches Drone Project to Enhance Farming
In the jungle replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
This must be about the kickback on the drone sales. I live in a rural area where farming is the main source of income. Drones are not that expensive. If drones offered real value they would be here already. -
