  1. Do you raise cats?
  2. Yes, "...a motley group of fighters with rifles and RPGs really a threat to a heavily militarized and armed nation's survival?" "Please tell me you don't actually think that is possible." Yes, I think with you, and people like that support and applaud Hamas it's possible, and in fact just a matter of time if they are not stopped.
  3. Again, how would a written agreement help the OP?
  4. I hope your right about home prices correcting. I view home values in desirable area (and no one seems to share this view) as largely tied to interest rates. I think for a fair percentage of homeowners, it's the only "investment" they have. As the value goes up, and the interest rated is stable or goes down, they refinance. So, in ten years, the house is worth twice what they paid for it, but they have zero equity. The problem comes when the market drops, and they get upside down and dump them. Anyone getting a home loan today has a payment that is 50% more than the same loan amount would have been three years ago, that is not insignificant. It seems like in the US you can default on loan and buy a new car with zero down the same day.
  5. Yeah, it's a joke. What I see as hilarious, is that when I asked you: "So, what were the repercussions the paper discussed?" your response was: It's there in the responses to the various questions. For example, over 50% of respondents think that Brexit is having a negative impact on the economy. I'd call that a pretty serious repercussion (and news)." The correct response was nothing. Abd is it really news that people are blaming Brexit for the bad economy? The article does nothing to show how Brexit is negatively affecting the economy, it only points out what the public's perception is, which they do all they can to influence. So, the paper did not discuss any of the ramifications, nor did it explain how Brexit has negatively affected (for example) the economy. They just used the opportunity to post of a list of bad they want the rest of the public to blame on Brexit. They are using a public opinion poll to drive public opinion for the upcoming election.

  8. Your mix if fine for stainless, just use flux-core wire.
  9. "The Guardian" is supposed to be a newspaper yes? So, what was the point of printing the poll? It's clearly not news. Did "The Guardian" previously support Brexit, and now they have changed their position? Admitting they're wrong might be news. I'm guessing they just want to stir the pot and drive public opinion further against Brexit, unless of course they (like the US press does with financial polls) go into a long litany of why the public is wrong, and how Brexit is actually good. Have they done that? I do not doubt the poll is accurate in as much as the numbers reflect how the respondents answered the questions.
  10. From the guy not able to back up anything.
  11. Come on man, try to follow along.
  12. In the Thailand plant we built fire, smoke, fire-smoke, balancing, backdraft and control dampers, and all the blade and frames are from galvanized coil. Virtually all the spiral duct you see comes from galvanized coil, and most high-volume steel HVAC products have at least some parts from coil. Most all the galvanized building material comes from coil.
  13. Right. My dad was born in 1912 and my mother 1918 and I never hears either one say it, but I did have my mouth washed out with soap the only time my mother ever heard me say it, much less let me name a pet that. I do remember a white-trash family a couple streets over with a black dog named that, so yeah, it happens.
  14. How thick? We never had any difficulty MIG welding galvanized up 0.8 to 3.5mm using CO2. It burns the GA off without any issue, and I don't think the ash is any more toxic than welding stick. The spatter is a PITA
  15. Do you have anything that supports your claim?
  16. Come on man, is that all you have? That's been responded to countless times.
  17. Yeah, the owner is realistically out nothing, and the potential tenant gave him the money we assume in good faith. I see no legal obligation to return the money, but it was only a couple days. I would get the potential tenant a chance to substantiate their claim that the visa was denied refund the deposit after at the end of the first month the lease was supposed to run. I would not want to give a refund to someone that just found a better deal, but if the guy is telling the truth I would.
  18. How big do you think the cuts will be? Mortgage rates have gone from about three to eight percent in three years, yet home prices have not really come down that I can see. So, with 20% down, the payment on a $500K home has gone from about $2,000 to over $3,000 and the market does not seem to be correcting, that scares me a little. There are a lot fewer people that can crack a three K nut than a two.
  19. I would not expect the rate cuts in the US to do much of anything. My biggest concern is that I think it's taking too long for residential real estate in US to correct, and that we'll see another crash.
  20. And on Netflix, thanks!
  21. Do you think it is racist to not want waves of low and no skilled people that will be a burden on social programs, are often illiterate in their own language and speak none of yours, love their own culture, often despise your culture, and will likely never assimilate? Rich people implement virtu-signaling policies that ONLY the poor will suffer the consequences of, and they better pretend to like it, or they'll be called racist haters. What's not to like? I don't doubt there are racists, everywhere, but let's keep in mind, we are talking about a country that was almost solely responsible for the eradication of slavery in the western world, so I think it a little suspect to assume half of them hate brown people.
