  1. Not for me, I like to hop on my three 2l bikes. I haven't had a 1l bike since high school
  2. To be fair, fined and deported is likely all that will happen. Dude's the only one talking about five years, and his "apology" was just another attempt to generate revenue.
  3. If I was still working I'd have two for the desktop. Thinking about getting a portable monitor so I can get rid of the laptop. You might look at those.
  4. Meat is processed as are most fruit, nuts, vegetables and all dairy products. I think you need to come up with a better definition of processed than KFC. I hear people throw around the "processed foods" but none of them seem to know what they are talking about, nor can they provide a clear definition of what processed foods are. Picking, washing, cutting, cooking, refrigerating, freezing, drying, seasoning and any number things are all processes. The "processed foods" brigade is tiresome.
  5. You only have one monitor? (just kidding)
  6. What does that mean? Virtually all food is processed.
  7. How is it condescending, and how do you get to: "So diabetes is a thin people disease?" from: "Diabetes is not just for fat or obese people."
  8. Well then you better not buy a Dolphin, at least not on porpoise.
  9. That City turbo looks interesting, ~24% quicker, ~28% more powerful, ~4% less torque and over three times the range.
  10. I took my wife and her mother to the US to meet my mother, siblings and friends before I married her.
  11. Does a wireless keyboard use more power/battery as it gets further away? Are the red, blue and brown colors universal. in that they if blue is "clicky" on one brand, it's the same on all brands? What is the benefit of "hot swapable" keys? Every time I start shopping I end up thinking, f this, it's not that bad yet.
  12. They seem to be sold out, but thanks. I hate to buy a keyboard I can't try. I'm back using an old Dell that's not too bad.
  13. Depends on who's wearing the Magnum
  14. It has been my experience that Thai contractors will try to make the work right if the customer is reasonable. That said, the bar is generally a bit lower that one might expect from a tradesman in a western country, although the trades in the US have suffered tremendously over the last thirty years. Seeing a lot of crappy work there as well.
  15. And had he not been fired from doing his drag-queen story hour for the kindergarteners he would not have had to resort to this.
  16. Seeing an old guy western with a younger Thai woman is not nearly as creepy as seeing one pawing on a Thai boy.
  17. Am I the only one that thinks 80cm on center sounds right? It's a POC converted carport. If the roof comes up when you pull on it, don't pull on it.
