Dante said: The path to Paradise is through hell he also said: "The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." There is something about our experiences and the path to a better life, comes through hard work and understanding. Both physically and mentally. The realism in being happy in the moment is essential, but also being safe, and have something to rely on. Those few things leads to paradise whatever that is for each and one of you. Paradise for me, is to be able to constantly remake my situation for something different than what I previously thought was perfect. People seems to forget, at once you arrive paradise, it is not a paradise anymore, it becomes daily life.

AIS have so far been consistent, no drops in speed, and much better than everything I had before at my place outback in Isaan. So the coverage they have here, is worth the 480 baht pr month for me. I had several different packages with D-tac and true from before to base my experience on. Even D-tack data only unlimited 1200,- baht a year I found on Lazada after someone mentionend that here at Thai Visa, which I have not found again.

There is a problem with the constitution in America when both parties trying to sabotage each other constantly. While China just sign the orders, and gets them done. It might lead to great mistakes, but they get things done. Do we want to be like China? No, but we are loosing

Let's say I want to make beer stronger, what would you do?
Hummin replied to scubascuba3's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
There you go, but still need the Glencairn Whiskey Glasses and the whiskey at 17 Celsius. If I want something stronger than beer, I drink wine, and if ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, whiskey or cocnac, -
Well I'm not confrontational by nature, so I do not give a F, Since I was tired after a long travel without sleep, and just wanted to arrive at the hotel as quick as possible. Anyway, next time limo, even I can get a grab, just next line over the street against the parking, but same drivers, same deleted cars. To his excuse, it was rushour, and it is a deleted low life being a taxi driver, and since I aknownledge that, I also kind of imagine myself in the same deleted situation. If he just didn't go on the phone while driving, and drive like he bought the DL, I would had been happy.

You just don't know Marxist ideas or communist countries, do you. You do not understand how ridiculous it is to read Magas continously repetitive Marxist accusations against the democrats. Usa might have an unfair policestate mentality, where the poor have no chance in the court system, and the rich somehow escapes serous accusation, even murder because a glow, did not fit.

Again, arrived at Suvarnabhumi, took my ticket downstairs for taxi, walked over to the number in my ticket, and asked how much to Silom where he replied800 baht sir. We agreed on 700 included highway, do not need tell my wife paid 500 for her taxi, since we had different flight this time. I even had to tell him stay off the phone while driving, which he did for 5 min. Smart enough to cover up his meeter.

A glass of good single malt whiskey will do on the side. In my younger days that was always a good start on a long night out. -
Sure, I'm not going to argue against core exercises, I'm just stating if/when establish a more advanced exercise program for strengthen your body, most exercises also involves core strengthening, so not necessarily the first detailed program you need to focus on. To keep a body pain-free throughout a lifetime, we all need to do some stretches and some strenght exercises to avoid pain sooner or later. Anybody here who have passed their 50ies and have no issues whatsoever ?

What is a good sandwich filler? except cheese or ham
Hummin replied to scubascuba3's topic in General Topics
Two of my summers favorites Fresh sea trout on fresh bread with salt real butter. Spices pepper and salt only, and of course the sea trout is fried with real butter. 2. Smoked Salmon, on skagen salad, white bread. Unfortunate farmed salmon and not home made skagen salad this time. 3. Picture with white bread and real butter. Fresh cooked and cooled crab meat, with crayfish. -

Confused emotions rolling in 🤗, and still nobody have one case to prove I'm wrong. Not one clear official case where a foreigner have been arrested and deported, not even one case that went to court. That's strange considering how many foreigners doing maintenance on their wife's property

Every strenght exercises even swimming and rowing machine is core exercises. Crunches and specific core exercises is not necessary. The most important is good form and posture when exercising. The most important is to deal with inflammation and make sure that is gone first with light exercises and movements. Diet also important and maybe supplements like this can help to. But I did not use that while I healed, I ate alot of spices food though, especially curry.
