  1. Thank you, but I always thought Ookla app was the best tester? I also see your tester is pretty flat out 10mb pluss minus even we are on the buss moving. Anyway, I have used Netflix for a few hours now, and are satisfied. No lagging or disconnections so far.
  2. Oh, I see now, must had been the super wifi at buss station. Didn't even know. Anyway, this is a test on the road
  3. This is the very same AIS I already bought to have as cell phone sim and broadband, and will use my cell phone as a Hotspot. Since I complained I had great reception and download as oppload. Even he ping looks good now.
  4. Have you watched the documentary? I referred to the documentary not the article.

  8. 4 years now and no gas added, as long no leaks, not necessary Google search The refrigerant gas in the air conditioning system is not consumed or used up with normal use. The refrigerant simply circulates through the system, without fading or depleting. Unless there is a leak in the system, there is no need to recharge the refrigerant gasA common belief is that refrigerant gas runs out over time and therefore needs to be recharged. However, this is incorrect. The refrigerant gas in the air conditioning system is not consumed or used up with normal use. The refrigerant simply circulates through the system, without fading or depleting. Unless there is a leak in the system, there is no need to recharge the refrigerant gas. https://www.climamarket.eu/blog/en/is-it-necessary-to-recharge-the-air-conditioning-in-your-home/#:~:text=The refrigerant gas in the,to recharge the refrigerant gas.
  9. Easy to deal with the coastal climate up north, compared to 38 - 40c here. Chop some wood or clean snow keeps you warm. I can do nothing in the heat here, its to warm. Im used to cold climate and have been doing winter sport, winter fishing 4 seasons, and enjoy being active. Can't do much activity here.
  10. Dealing prescription medication? Most likely an created character as many others here, creating click baits.
  11. Before and after rainseason we service, and clean filter every month or so.
  12. I can't argue with you, and will not, you are right, all depending on noticeable levels of course, or unhealthy. Never experienced noticeable levels around Hua Hin, except the dump between soi 94 and 102 burning once and awhile. Measured levels is of course different.
  13. worth reading for those who is not on medication yet Red yeast riceRed yeast rice is white rice that has been fermented with yeast. It's eaten and used as a medicine in China. Some red yeast rice supplements have been shown to lower cholesterol, because they contain monacolin K. This has the same chemical makeup as lovastatin, a cholesterol-lowering medicine. https://www.healthline.com/health/high-cholesterol/natural-cholesterol-reducers
  14. You wish I was a monger, Good luck convince everyone else than yourself and alike. Pattayas reputation doesn't need help from me, it speaks for itself All this started with "I would relocate to Koh Phangan anytime", and your short time friend started ranting about Pattaya had everything I was looking for, which I did not agree with, since Pattaya have nothing of those things I'm looking for. clear water, cleaner air and beach bungalows. Stop this nonsens now, you just making a laugh out of yourself
  15. Latest test at hotel looks promising, and they must have adjusted something in my subscription after we where back and complained.
  16. Im getting a bit tired of trying to cut through the jungle of providers, and find something that actually works well. I had one year data subscription with d-tac a few years ago for 1200baht, and it worked great until we where going to renew the subscription, and we did not get unlimited anymore for some reason. We changed the sim and they promised it was going to work, but guess what it did not. In the meantime I left for work, and started all over with true, and long story cut short, it didnt work out well either. I will report back when home if AIS working as promised with 10mb unlimited.
  17. Because I can choose where I want to live, and happiness to me, is an active outdoor life, not inside. Therefore I choose colder clean climate instead of living here in Thailand, as well my orign country offer work and social security for my wife. I can't have either of those two in Thailand, even they want to tax my transfers. So thre points and out Heat Pollution Tax
  18. We just been back, and where told 10mb/s so will see when back up country how it works out. All the messages received about top up account is regarding sms and phone. "Your balance is insufficient to use the service. Please top up and try again." It have been 100sms with all kinds of information and offers and reminding me to top up my account. Will additionally buy the D-tac tourist Zim just to try and compare when back home. We do have a mobile broadband router in the gym, so it will be a good back up Zim for all of us.
  19. We experienced the same with true, and dtac for one time one year unlimited which turned out to have a monthly limit. They only focus on sale, and say whatever they need to say to get a sale.
  20. I am not sure what they claimed, since he told me I would have maximum wherever I went, and therefor I tested innthe shop before we left. As you see, more than 50mbs during the test in my previous post.
  21. Don't botter, he doesn't understand people do not have access to wifi, and rely on their phones to watch TV and movies, and as well have meetings regularly via Zoom. I also use YouTube for entertainment while exercising in my homegym a couple of hours 5 days a week.
  22. We are heading back to the shop, and you are right, we paid 482 baht + 50 baht for the sim.
