Air conditioning is effecting my sleep
Hummin replied to DonniePeverley's topic in Health and Medicine
How many liter of clean water do you drink on daily basis? Not coffe, alcohol or sugar drinks, clean water. Do you gave enough magnesium, sodium and potassium? In general electrolytes? A few glasses of fresh coconut water is great for electrolytes and banana. -
Was Harris using an hearing gadget at the debate?

Then, you have not paid attention to my posts 😁 I have been anti Trump since the Apprentice show on TV, which I only managed two episodes. Never liked the man before, and even less now. Don't you see and hear what he manage to say, and even worse not saying, leaving dubt in the air, and all magas makes their own conclusions. -
Exactly I think asking will only make them more aware of you, but I already moved back to my country anyway, and are just here on temporary basis from now on.

Time for a new tread what you can do or not do at your own/wife land tread. My wife is going to ask emigration today, "what can my husband do at my farm while he is living with me and have a retirement visa". I'm curious if anybody else has asked emigration the same question. We are not a big commercial farm, and have little sales of fish, fruits and nuts which I never do anything about.

The whole Trump campaign is lies, more lies, and conspirecies, so what to expect really? They see what they want to see, and hear exactly what they want to hear, nothing else.- 87 replies

Who is your motivator? You are, and if you find good reasons to wake up, then it is easier, but if you have no good reasons, then you will struggle. Always good to brainwash yourself, and my strategy is thinking of the morning trip with my dog, and my first coffee, as well as looking forward to my first exercise which always feels good after. Then shower, and fresh and rested for starting a new day. Simply colouring your daily boring life into something useful and enjoyable. Our brains are easily manipulated, and negativity is a strong force if you cultivate it. Somehow I finds you overall quite positive, and that's the key to a better life and as motivation to get up in the morning

It takes some effort to create new healthy habits, so if you want changes, you do what it takes to make those changes. Doesn't help telling yourself you can't do it. Excuses, all it is Doesn't matter how much you sleep n the night, you get up 6 in the morning, and do only 30min nap middle of the day, you will finely sleep in the night

Just start going to bed early, it is just time and get used to it, nothing else, unless you do not want to, then its hard to change if you do not put your mind to it. A bit more activity during the day, might help, and get up when suns get up helps to. Its like jet lag, you just do your best to turn the hours as you want them again.

Hydrogen will be a step back, so why? EL cars less parts, costs less, less service needed? The future is Nuclear efficient power plants to cover our needs. Not Hydrogen, not wind power, and not solar. The majority of electric should come from nuclear power. But we will see. The waste from nuclear powerplants, shipp it out to the space.

Cats are great. Always miss my dogs and cats when in Norway. Strange, I missed nothing else on my last trip back home now for 5 months. -

Trump vs. Taylor Swift: A Battle He’s Bound to Lose
Hummin replied to Social Media's topic in World News
It's all depending on where she wants to go in life! She is right now in power to do whatever she wants to do, and choose her path for the next decades. Many people with the it factor have the opportunity to create and do whatever they want to do, or pull back to producing, prioritise family, or ?? Basically it is up to her where she wants to go, or continue to stay as a power to influence people for good or bad. Depends where you stand
