when everyone beliefes whatever they want, it doesnt benefit the society. People get lost and the nature of the controversy is more damaging than a little bit control of the media and the news and fact stream to ordinary people. Religion is an good example how easy people is manipulated in to so many true and convinsing beliefs, as well the history of snake oils people is willing to pay for. Most people need guidance, and those who do not think so, needs it more than anyone else, but they really do not know it themselves.

Nobody knows what to believe anymore. I see less harm in How covid have been handled for many reasons including Vaccines than what these channels do to peoples minds on daily basis 24/7 If a society going to succeed, and make most people pull in the same direction for everyones best, there need to be some kind of contralled stream of officially facts and news. As it is now, it is no middle ground anymore to make good solid decissions for everyones best.

The brand Harley Davidson have been fading world wide and even worse in Europe. In Norway Harley Davidson had 12% of the marked in 2016, and now down to 2% of all the new bikes sold. Im not an cyclist in Thailand, but if I where, I would use colours and also light on the bike, same as I use in Norway. Why not?

Still a small marked and very few here who is in this segment of accamodation situation. I will guess most here is below 20K, and a few between 20 and 30K. Very few above. I would had been around between 15 - 20K for renting. I was willing to invest in a proper appartment between 7 - 10 mill, but those I liked was around 12mill. Rent for those appartments would be around 5% yearly of its buing/marked value.

what we experience and what we think and believe, forms us a human people for good and bad. Nature is real to me, and it is something I can feel, see, touch, and understand. It comes with physical laws, bounderies and possiblilities as well a start and an end. Eternal life is your offsprings as long they live and produce, your dna have eternal life. We know all life shares the same dna orign, so ? If we can not believe in a man made god, nature is the answer.

if we just treated Nature as god, and paid as much respect for what actually gives us life, instead of imaginary gods and also people who doesnt deserves our respect or adminiration. What we do to Mother earth and those who are here with us, is just behind all common sense.

If you own a condo for 10 years, how much do you pay in rent in comparison for an 70m2 appartment with kithcen do you think? I would like to see the math for a decent place to live and how much you pay for byiong, paying common fees, and maybe some meaintenance. buying prise 5 mil, and common rent prise is 5% a year for the same appartment. What do you have left if you sell the appertment after 10 years, and 15 years.
