Just to say out from my own experience, most expats denies their office, hotel, real estate agent, tour guide didn't work around with freelancing accidently me in a night club or by friends of friends. Very few tourists/expats meets a girls with clean history and without some cind of "luggage" But honestly, I do not care, I'm okay with my friends and my choice of wife and are perfectly fine with or about her history. Look at it as a great base most of the year, and have a plan to escape the worst seasons for awhile. You should also think about having a "winter" garden with air purifier. How is the neighbors and neighborhood? I guess for most that's where the challenge starts. Noise, local tradition parties, chickens, dogs any view at all? What are your plan for living there? Statistics is not your thing obviously. Most girls who leave Thailand with an tourist, most likely been working in tourist areas. Don't they have MR in Government hospitals? If you use private hospitals they are quick to offer their pricey services, but give no information about government options.
