Its obvious everybody is shocked by the news and affected by the flow of pictures and descriptions of rape, murder of women and children. Everyone is, it is fresh, and it is used purposely to affect us. Forgotten is all reports of abuse, rape and land stealing, war crimesd being done for decades, bombed to ruins every now and then, and kids imprisoned and detained. That's the problem when one side's suffering is not recognized. Criticism of Israel is not taken well, and claiming everyone who criticises Israel must be a supporter of Hamas, that's another weapon to silence the critics and to stop a healthy debate about why things happen and reasons for these desperate, crucial terrorist attacks. Two evil doesn't make one right, and turning the blind eye to one side's abuse is a crime against humanity itself. I personally find it hard to separate those two, to find one less evil than the other! The Israelis total dominance and systematic abuse have been going on for decades. The sad things, once more terrorism will be awarded, and that's a dangerous step.

Learn something new, reading subjects you have interest for, sports, challenge yourself, and most important to feel good is a balanced diet. However breathing technique is great for mind and body control, and involvess your core muscles, and great for staying healty together with other activities. Should had been long time ago, or later after this war was over! I think it is to late for a two state solution, especially thinking of the geografi of the land pieces left for Palestinians, and how Israel never can trust the Palestinians. Just to mention, the 1948/49 map of boarders is impossible to secure. Israel was doomed before it got started. Cant believe anyone believed it was strategic possible to secure peace with those borders.
