  1. You see a picture and you know her situation? Fantastic,
  2. Agree on every step except cold showers, I know many swear to it, but not for me. I did swim in ocean or lakes until Christmas time in Norway before after kayaking or hiking a mountain, but cold showers, I never forced me to do. I would add quit as much sugar as possible, sweeteners and alcohol. Little fruit is okay.
  3. Thats the easy and logic answer, but a bit more complicated than that. Depression can involve many triggers from chronic illness to triggers a person do not have control of, as well unstable changing hormones, and many combinations. But you can make a difference to mentor yourselves to think different when you are not depressed to prevent new depressions, but then you need to understand depression and know how it acts, and when the depression is in the first stage.
  4. In many cases, dogs and angry men same same ???? Loud and violent, but not much if tested
  5. When depressed, you lay on sofa and feel you have to take a leak, 3 hours later you still reckonize you still have to take a leak, but you havent moved one inch. You eat everything possible in house, and when empty, you still do not go put to buy food before next day. Strange you reckoning everything you should do, and can do, but you dont do it. Do not sleep before early morning, and tired all day long, but at the evening time you wake up a few hours, and tell yourself what to do next day,.but nothing happens, and it continues in dark, and no way out. Had a few of those, but now prevented it from happening again. You can do alot to prevent deep depressions happening again when you know the triggers, and learn to live more diciplined when you are not depressed. It involves be willing to do necessary changes if possible, but many are locked by dependence be it lifestyle, family, work, economic and more
  6. 123 to be exactly and they rated my group interval to be 9% at the time, but I also see the percentage on exact number is lower. How can you say something about someone feel they are different? How can you have an opinion on that? And why do you doubt I have scored that at all? I am not the one who make a point out of my iq tread after tread? Im no seeker of attention on behalf of myself, I Participate in treads with my own experiences and ideas only. However the score says really nothing else than a number, it is how you are as a person that matters. My differences from most, can be something else, not my iq number, which you seem ignore completely. How high is your score?
  7. Been there, done it and done! Lifestyle changes and other possible changes is a start, but talk to some professional could push the right buttons and ease your depression and get you going in right direction. Chemistry is important as well with an therapist, so if it doesnt feel fight find a new one. We all need stimuli and new challenges, find something challenging that keeps your mind engaged and stimulated.
  8. You do not find that a bit strange? Same as someone solely going to have a gf no more than 50kg and above 160cm? It doesn't say anything about how well you will match or the chemistry between you? If you want conversations, better to find a male friend to meet up with. Already you are far out from the norm, and same as me, I do not thrive to socialize where most men socializing, so my chance to find a good friend to hang out with limits itself dramatically. Same with women you want to live with. Keep an open mind, find someone you can not live without based on other terms than IQ. May I ask how hig IQ you have? Im among 9% in the world refered to mensa test result (I see other sources rank me among 6% on my exact number), and that would limit my world if I could only interact with same level as me 5% +- Not many left to hang out with, so better find other qualities.
  9. Im referring to intelligence being heritaged down the lines, and not necessarily from parents soley. As much environment and resources is necessary to stimulate and also the possibilities given by chance. Wealth is also important to have possibilities, even history shows that necessarily is important for those who also have high social intelligence, as well being street smart. Good instincts and intuition can also relate to higher IQ, and that is related to dna heritage (memory)
  10. Being that fat is an unfortunate situation and an illness. A serious condition to be in for many.
  11. Im aware of the huge material, but as anything else, there is still alot to cover, and scientists will knever say they know, but rather what we know today,,,,,,,,,, based on temporarily evidences, but we can see there can be other relations and indicators that also play a role. Do you believe in dna memory? DNA carry memory from ancestors?
  12. James Noble I had the pleasure to enjoy his food in BKK, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai. He is a bit eccentric and a genius when it comes to design, and presentation, and some great taste when he used to have his sunday brunches in Hua Hin, or Pranburi. He have a new concept rolling in Chiang Mai opening 10. Oct. Check him out and sign up for his news letter. Former Michelin chef and also contestent in the TV program Iron Chef. Just google him, alot of articles about him and his philosophy about food if interested. http://chefjamesnoble.com/?fbclid=IwAR2zjuc4pDQrMBkA2DCFYF_Wi7cbGUtf6-2rD1l_QT6xMYRbKZ4BaOtXLkI https://hotmagazine.website/a-conversation-with-james-noble/
  13. Not so different the other way, and add age as well
  14. W You sound so sure, why so? Can dna and genes carry memory? I believe we need to keep an open mind how intelligence form in a young mind, and what is gained before born and after. A talent is often a gift from heritage
  15. It is a rainy morning anyway, so why not
  16. Genetic intelligence passed on from your mother as they say, and not your father, but I would rather say by heritage. Still alot we do not know yet when it comes to dna memory and genes how they are influenced. Intelligence depends partly on environmental factors but genes have an influence. Research on twins has suggested that 50-80% of the variation in general intelligence between people could be down to genes but the gene variants responsible for intelligence haven't yet been identified https://www.ed.ac.uk/institute-genetics-cancer/news-and-events/news-2017/how-much-intelligence-personality-inherited
  17. I think you have to accept genetic intelligence which is not related to race, but genetics! Doesnt culture and society also influence how intelligence flourish?
  18. You just have to accept Biology, genepool you coming from, environment, culture, and possibilities they have to reach their potential. Quite many factors involved. What yiu looking for, may not exist for you. I think many here went far out of their idea of a woman they finely did settle with for a long term relationship. Some will agree, others might not
  19. Then you should be aware of differences in general intelligens in different cultures. Intelligence and culture: how culture shapes what intelligence means, and the implications for a science of well-being This paper discusses the relationship between culture and intelligence. The main message of the paper is that intelligence cannot fully or even meaningfully be understood outside its cultural context https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1693428/
  20. At what level of intelligence are they capable to care, give love, be a good cook, and be there for you when you need her? If you find someone onyiur level, mske sure she is timed and dialed in to your mood cycled as well, and that will be the complicated part. There is many different intelligences, do you know which you prefer? Mine is good to take care, cook, make and find food, loving and caring, but having a conversation about the bigger questions in life, we do not have. I come to AN for that ????
  21. Not always easy to spot in which forum it is, but my favourite restaurant in Chiang Mai. No buffet as far I know, but what we have eat from the menu was great, and also great selection of wine and cognac as well Armagnac. https://lebistrot-chiangmai.com/
  22. Queens Park Bangkok? https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/bkkqp-bangkok-marriott-marquis-queens-park/overview/?scid=f2ae0541-1279-4f24-b197-a979c79310b0 Around 2000 pr person for dinner buffet, and absolutely worth it at Goji bar and restaurant. We had all meals in that restaurant over the years, and recommend you to have a go! Last time we where there was in March. It is as good as it looks https://www.gojikitchenbangkok.com/
  23. The research he refer to Conclusions: A high-fiber diet and increased frequency of bowel movements are associated with greater, rather than lower, prevalence of diverticulosis. Hypotheses regarding risk factors for asymptomatic diverticulosis should be reconsidered https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22062360/
  24. Me to, I only eat animals fed on grass and vegetables
