BITCOINERS, please help me to understand.
Hummin replied to swissie's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Thats an excuse for not trying, and also a defensive statement after failing. Bitcoin the same but different -
Good health cost money, or maybe more correct, if your health is not good, it cost alot of money to improve your health.

Depending on situation and location. I have been a security guard in my younger days, and we got involved in couple fights and wife abuse and beating once and awhile, and with an uniform it is a totally different story, as well being young and fit. Another important factor, be sure she whants you help, and do not attack you as well, that happens quite often when you get involved in situations like this, and last do not use excessive force or loose your temper. If you are not sure you can control the situation, get back up, or try to to talk them out of the situation instead of physically get involved.

If you feel you are at a sweet spot in life right now, why ruin the good feeling by regretting something you can not change? All my good and bad deeds leads up today, no regrets. Be thankful for what you have, and make sure to make it last

Bikes on fire in Paris after Macron's pension reforms pass court hurdle
Hummin replied to Social Media's topic in World News
The retirement age is proposed to increase by two years to 64. The change will be gradual, increasing by three months per year from September until 2030. Seems reasonable if you ask me! But again, those who have less, and often have bad health, pays the price for the entire society! They always loose in both ends! So happy I got partly out of it at 47, and secured as long I live, at least how it is for now. <deleted> always happens, so better be prepared -
The 500 to much was a gift from Buddha, and you gave it back giving you double luck and happiness. If Christianity it was a test, and not to mention Islam, who would cut your hands of for not giving it back if you noticed. Just a joke, a bad joke

Im sure he ment it as one of the bonuses to join a gym, and also shower with other men added to the obvious joining a gym for health benefits.

Im not sure I follow you here ???? I guess some have it easier to get in contact than others, and also secure each other when lifting heavy. It is more normal in more pro gyms than average gyms. Also used to go same gym in Hua hin for two years and working out the same time every day 4-6 times a week, you start to know people. Same in hotels with proper gyms, you see the same people at the same morning or afternoon sessions. And of course there is some Common sense when to talk or not, some just want to exercise and thats it, and must respect that.

Well in the 80'ies and 90'ies I was schooled and worked in Uk both in Nottingham and Aberdeen, and buildings seemed to be the same where ever I go, be it hotel or houses. And by reputation many European houses be it Uk, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, all bad insulated and cold. Switzerland and Germany seems to be on Pair with Norway when coming to construction and insulation. Not really a suited conversation here is it? Take or leave it, no need to argue more about my experience when it comes to uk house standards in a thread about being mean with money in Thailand. It was just a small comment you escalated.

Alternatives to Thailand
Hummin replied to StayinThailand2much's topic in Visas and migration to other countries
Still not so much crimes against tourists if you compare to Europeen or American countries thinking of men go to red light districts and bars frequently. The ones who mainly suffer from crimes is the locals, and you know how to behave and where to go or not. Tourists is reasonable protected in Phil's -

Hummin replied to renegade2000's topic in General Topics
Also depending on room size how effective they are. We used one of the bigger ones at parents in law house 14m2 room and it helped alot when had enough ice blocks to refill with. -

The infrastructure is not as good as Thailand, and else wise easier to live in Thailand. Internet reliability is far beyond Thailand, if that is important. -

Philippines best beaches, great girls, and quite a few options for visas with less hassle than Thailand For one younger than 50. -
I really did not see that one coming, and if so, it had to be the more dissociative identity disorder I have observed on this fora ????

Read, if we lived more like our grandparents, and yes I do live on a small farm with my wife, where we try to be less depended.
-
I guess there is a difference where you came from yes, and coming from Norway, we where less populated and most people did live in the districts. However they did not consume much, did not have cars before 1960 ish, fermented food, and managed to live on little money, but still seemed happy to me.

not really true, I do have a home gym because there is no decent gym close, but still enjoy going to a gyme while travelling because of the social aspect of it as well inspiration not to mention the variety of different exercises you can perform free weights and quality machines. I never using showers in the gym unless I have to go on public transport, which I never need to. Cant stand putting my feet on those yeast infected floors ???? Instead of dumbells, elastic bands do a good job to.

Still if we lived more like our grandparents, we would not only save us from pollution, we would be ready for more challenging times.
