Can be true for monks and warriers culture. Soldiers etc, as well mafia cartels in other cultures, but tattoos do not represent class culture and higher societies as a norm. In western culture, all the ink addicted seems more like sheeps who follow a sick trend at the time. Well, this will finely pass to, when the grand children see their grandparents growing older.

It shows more about insecurity! Same goes for tattoos

Life without a credit card in Thailand
Hummin replied to poppysdad's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Simple things like this, is a good reminders for some to not completely cut their ties from their origin home country when moving to for an instance Thailand where you end up in a no mans land country for expats. Credit cards is valuable when traveling, additional “free” travel insurance, make travel bookings easier for refunds, safer for payments and transfers, as well a great back up if you end up in a hospital and have sufficient credit to make things happen before insurance validation is clear. -
I order and get what they need home to us, but agree a local bought machine might be the best thing, considering service, parts and repairs. He is working for us, cutting gras on the land for our sheep, and I find him good to take care of my things, and our (wife) farm and our animals. No bullpie from her family so far.

Our 3 year old gras cutter is dead, and Im not there at the moment, and father in law need a new one. He wants a 4 stroke. Anyone have a good tip to a decent machine to get us through until Im back and can do a search myself. I can waste 2k for a machine as long it last until I can buy a replacement myself, but if anyone have good experience with a decent brand let me know. Honda is not an option, no local can get spareparts, and the shop is 86km away. Here is a few I found. https://s.lazada.co.th/s.SQiJD https://s.lazada.co.th/s.SQTrU

This is such a place Im talking about. Absolutely loved this place, and hopefully will see this place again at same standard. Wine and food experience worth every baht you put in, and a happy ending with coffe and a fine Armagnac. https://lebistrot-chiangmai.com Sorry for off topic, but this place deserves it, and hard to find even in BKK at same prices same quality.

Depending how much you love a good wine, and often you drink wine, or drink at all. We might do not drink for months, but when we drink, we like to head out for a higher end restaurant and enjoy a good meal and a few bottles. Worth every baht for a good experience out.

I believe you also say, it doesnt necessery going to be this planet, or in this singularity dimension we experience, I have understood you correctly. Or do you also believe what we see, experience here is stationary, and we will return to same place, same start but with a wider consensus for every time and different outcome? A pure upgraded reset? ????

Fear can be just doing normal daily things, so it is a wide broad interesting thing that affects us daily. For me it was speaking in public and tv interviews. Never got that right because of fear, a fear I really could not understand, and still do not understand. Everything I wanted to say, I never managed to do the way I planned or the way I wanted. I always tumbled in my words high on adrenalin and cortisol. But climbing up icy mountains, ski, jump, fly down, freediving and driving motorbike in Thailand within my limits, face to face with drugged drunk aggressive people, always felt in control. I pushed myself every time, rehearsed myself several times, but never managed to control that fear. Every spontaneous interview I managed surprisingly well.

Top mounted helmet cam is always the preferred camera angle if only one camera set up. Not only for the best view, but also for evidence if something happens while you riding, since you always turn your head in the direction something surprising appears. several different solutions for rear and front frame mounts you can have addition. No 360 cams so far I have seen is good enough solely, but nice for additional clips to give another impressions of the riding. If you going to youtube for gaining viewers, you will need additional set ups. Successful YouTubing is alot of hard boring work ???? and also takes a bit of interest and creativity. If no intersting story or good pictures, most viewers have problems to keep interest for more than 90 sec maximum, if only showing the riding from one perspective.

Homo sapiens genetic mistake was the verbal communication, understanding and later managed to put the communication in to written language. Or maybe not? The more I read, understand, see, the more I appreciate my time on this planet earth. And that is the most important discovery I have made in my life. Second the love for the absolutely beautifully nature and dangers connected to live a life where you get out in the nature alone, and challenge yourself and manage the fear of truly living, the risk involving making a step in to the unknown, for an example jumping off a cliff and fly down to the valley and landing safe, and repeat it. The journey to the top itself, discovering the wild life, the geology, knowing the history of this planet, and add difficulties like weather, snow, ice, and still manage to do it, even loosing friends on the journey, made it worth it. Its in our genes, to manage the extreme, and conquer fear. Of course, my extremes is little to what my ancestors have faced, and that is my advise to you, bring your wisdom, your ancestors experiences, and be ready for your next journey. If there is any, you will need it.

I belive socialism is essential during times where evolving environment is complicated and difficult. It is only the last century I believe the majority of population have tasted more individual/personal freedom with more opportunities that was solely benefits of the higher controlling society. Finely the hard ground workers got their taste but in my eyes have failed the trust given, and we are turning back to darker ages. Monkey tribes who care for each other and share their wealth between them and have a strong dominant leader is stronger and are more likely to survive complicated times than tribes who do not have the same social genes
-
I would say hard work pays off in reality in most cases, be it individuals, families, tribes, societies, countries, allies and finely hopefully the world and universe forces ???? Some call it socialism. Sharing is caring. But we know there is always a chance for a different outcome than we wish for. Every choice we make, and every action we take have different outcome for good and bad. I believe we have reached our top of our evolution, and now turn in to materialistic egoists, and become individuals with self destructive minds with good help of social media, and thats the doom day for humanity, and why we will never see aliens. Its in our dna, like a time bomb, everything will finely collaps, and restart

Sounds like one of those community building videogames, where we always is challenged by evil and competitive other players. There is laws and rules in these games, but also a game with multiple choices and multiple reactions, ut it is a pattern with underlaying norms and rules and consequences. Could our consensus be our owner the gamer? Back to reality, right here right now! Thats what we know. Something created it by random chance or by a intelligent creator, and both can be true, thats the fact.

How many years spent in Thailand did you say? Dealership have different prices world wide with different packages, delivery cost etc. You should know that by now, and not use terms like corruption when its business. If you paid them 10k to get my bike who was supposed to have my bike delivered tomorrow, then you might call it corruption.
-
You certainly know the terms! Google transsexual and learn something new today!

Still Jesus had an answer, and people belive everything written about Jesus is true, and nothing than the truth. Humans are like that, and it is our weakness that some think they are superior to others, and they are smarter than others because they think they have the right to do so. Illusions and manipulations all over the place, but, the truth is, The big bang theory doesn't harm anyone, and there is no physical war yet because of it, as far I know!
-
Hilarious, and you never tried? To touch a vagina?
-
People believe in many universes and many repeated big bangs. Galaxy's collide with each other, could universes collide,,,,, Who came first? God or space, and who created ,,,,,,, That's the ,,,,, Happy to see the thread woke up again. Still I'm firm in my belief, we will (humans) create life in space one day by science and infest another planet. Will that make humans a creator? A god?
