You are wrong! TrueMoney only works with vendors who accept it. It isn't like a scan to pay by PromptPay with a Thai banking app. -

No I am not special but I want to try it myself. I know that some foreigner have already successful register for the MyMo app. And I haven't read an official statement from GSB so far, that foreigner can't register for the mobile banking.

But the partner banks from Wise in Thailand are the Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn, SCB and DeeMoney. That means, if you send money from abroad to Thailand via Wise, the money will sent first to one of these partner banks and then further to your Krungthai account. So it is not an international transfer.
