I bank with the Bangkok Bank and must wait for 1 week for the 12 month statement as it has to come from the head office of the bank and not from the branch cost 200B and then I get my bank letter 100B from the bank branch which is a guarantee letter that I have the bank account in my name only. By the look of things either the bank branch is corrupt or both the back branch and immigration office ore corrupt. Move your bank account to another branch or even another bank.

Ok; the problem that you have is your money. For a marriage extension you must have you money in the bank account for 2 months before you can apply for your marriage extension and that does not matter if you are doing a lump sum or on an installment system and as you have only been married for 2 weeks your money is not seasoned yet

You are incorrect on this information. I am an Australian pensioner and I have lived in Thailand without returning to Australia for 12 years. My government pension is paid direct from the Reserve Bank of Australia into my Bangkok Bank account every 4 weeks plus I have removed my name from the Australian Electoral Roll so I do not have to vote in Australian elections. If you do not have the pension before you leave Australia then you must reside in Australia for a minimum of 2 years before you can apply for the pension

I originally heard it was being located in the grounds where the Division 4 Headquarters are which is located on the left hand side of the highway where there is also a police station plus the turn off into the transport office. Took a lot of time and running around. First when we got there we went into the main building about 11:30 and my wife registered and then she was sent to building 2 for a test and after a bit of time waiting she finally was sent back to the main building for an x-ray which didn't take long and then she was told to comeback about 17:30 and she will see the dentist about 19:30 or maybe if someone does not come back then she might be seen earlier. Ended up getting her tooth extracted at 18:45 and after paying the bill we left there at 20:15

The wife had a tooth pulled last Monday and the main problem that we found here in Khon Kaen was the lack of dentists in their clinics to do extractions even though the clinics were open they were only manned by the female assistants doing the beautification dentistry and the actual dentist would not be in for a few days to a week. The worst one that I have come across is Flash Express where their driver not once but twice for the same delivery clearly stated by his superior that he rang me and I told him to bring the next day. I have the written proof of Flash Express superior has claimed with a print out of Flash Express Tracking record. What I have noticed lately is that with my last 6 orders that every one of them has shown that they were picked up by LEX but they were delivered by Flash Express. So to me it looks like Lazada are using LEX to pick the orders up and delivering them to Flash Express for the final delivery.

You forget one very big thing about Australia and all the other western countries and that is that the cost of living is a lot higher than Thailand and any other Asian country.

That is mainly for westerners who do eat red meat which is the main supplier of iron to the body, but Thai's do not eat red meat. The quoted organizations are western organizations and their research is done on westerners who do have a diet of red meat and not on Thai's or other Asians who do not have a diet of red meat. The main meat that is eaten in Thailand is chicken ,pork or fish which are not iron supplying foods to the body

Unfortunately many Thais are lacking in iron because of their diet. Unlike Farangs Thai's do not eant much red meat which is a main iron supply to the body. Chicken, fish and pork are not red meats. My wife ended up in hospital in Melbourne because of her iron deficiency

There are a lot of comments on here about the lack of action on the roads by the police, well I would like to know how much action you would take as a police officer on the roads if you had to supply and pay for your own uniform, gun, bullets, transport and be paid a low income instead of like the police in the western countries that are supplied with everything by their government and paid a decent wage. The only supplied highway patrol cars that I have seen working here were all involved with escorting the snobs of Thailand. I have never seen any of them out patrolling the highways and why should the police officers have to use their privately owned scooter (110/115cc Honda Clicks, 115cc Yamaha Mio's) and pay for the fuel to perform high speed chases. Why does the government not supply the police officers with the right equipment to perform their duties properly and pay them a decent wage the same as the western countries do. If they did this then the police could do their jobs properly and patrol the roads and catch the law breakers and the government would collect a lot of money in fines to pay for this plus they could even reduce the road toll as well..

Has anybody been having problems with Lazada over the last few days? I have been adding a few things to my Wishlist ready to do my purchase but now on my laptop it is telling me that there is nothing in my wishlist and I cannot add anything to it just does not work anymore on the laptop and also everytime I login with my laptop Lazada send me a message that someone has logged into my account on a new device. I have only ever used my laptop to login and use the Lazada site.
