  1. But the other side of this story is this madman being sacked from the police for selling drugs last year. It appears that this government is not interested in drug trafficking when it has appointed a minister into its own government who is a convicted, sentenced and deported after serving his sentence for drug trafficking in Australia with the excuse that it does not count because it happened outside of Thailand .Once a drug pusher always a drug pusher. Unfortunately ezzra there are questions to be answered and there was a solution that would have stopped this massacre. Why was this ex-cop released on bail or was he never arrested and placed on remand after his sacking in a remand centre like every other person after they are charged with these drug offences? If this had been done then he would have been removed from the streets and be in a controlled area where he could have been rehabilitated from the drugs and then after his remand and jail time he would not be going into an uncontrolled drug induced psychotic rage. Why does it take over a year for this ex-cop to appear in court for these offences? There are a lot of questions both the government and the judiciary owe the families of those murdered.
  2. The law in this matter is exactly the same as the law in Australia. You must give way to ALL traffic on a public road when you are exiting private property. The SUV driver entered private property to do a u-turn therefore he MUST give way to ALL traffic on the public road, which he failed to do. No excuse the SUV failed to give way to All vehicles on the public road thus the driver of the SUV is guilty of causing the deaths of those 2 students
  3. The law has not been written properly. It should read that it is the officers discretion but only if it does not involve a falang then it will be the maximum coffee money ooops sorry that should have been fine
  4. Remember you are not a Lazada customer. You are only using the Lazada platform for free. You are a customer of the seller who must pay a commission to Lazada for everything they sell. Lazada could not give a s***f about you because you do not pay Lazada, you pay the seller.
  5. The dates for yearly extensions, 90 day reports and under consideration date stamps are all generated by the computer and it does not take the weekends or the holidays listed into account so it shows the operator what date to stamp in the passport.
  6. When you fill in the visa application you are filling in a legal document and if any of the information that you put in that document is incorrect then the IO has the full law of refusing entry. If you fill in that you are a tourist and when the IO scans your passport and the data base shows that you have only been out of the country for 5 days in the last 6 months then you are not a tourist and you have submitted a false document and the IO has the full right to refuse you entry and it is the same with visa exempt. Plus the IO will test you if you have been in the country for long periods of time using tourist visa's and visa exempt and they will see what your attitude reaction is when they tell you that entry refused.
  7. I just went to go into Lazada on my laptop but the website came up in Thai and then changed to English and the top section where you "Login" was different, it did not have the "Login" button but a "Sign In" button instead which did not work. I checked the "Language" button and it showed that I was in the Thai language so I changed the language to English and the whole home page changed to the way it should have been with the "Login" button. So maybe this is the problem when people are saying "when they try to "Sign In", there language setting has changed in the Lazada website somehow and they have a "Sign In" button instead of the "Login" button. Check your "Language" setting when you have a "Sign In" button
  8. I just logged in to my account with no problem. Just a thought, are you hitting the log-in button or are you hitting the sign up button in error. I have done this a couple of times and if you hit the sign-up button by error it causes problems getting into the account
  9. A woman that is nothing but a liar. She lies about her own body by having those plastic boobs so what else would a woman? like this lie about. Could not be trusted.
  10. You got it wrong FriendlyFarang. What happened on June 23 which was published in the Royal Gazette on June 24 was that the mandate for wearing a mask out in the public (not in the shopping centres or any other enclosed areas) was changed to be a persons option to wear a mask or not but this is only in public places like parklands, the beach, or any other area in the open but not at any sporting or entertainment events where there is a crowd.
  11. There are 2 things that contributed to this accident and neither of them have to do with this mans age. 1: the wires hanging low 2: the rider not paying attention to what is in front of him Being an ex-pat he should have been aware that at any point and at any time wires are going to be hanging low. Looking at his injured head I would say that he was not wearing a helmet at the time and now he wants to blame everything on the cable companies. Why wasn't he watching where he was going? Why wasn't he wearing his helmet as is required by law. Yes, low hanging wires are a problem but being an ex-pat living in this country and riding a motorbike he should have been more aware of this problem. I'm 77 and still drive a car and ride a motorbike and wear a helmet at all times but I am aware of the different things about that cause problems on the road
  12. For him to run into the wires they were not above him but in front of him where he should have been looking. If they were above him he would not have gotten tangled in them
  13. hknn, with the 400,000 system you must have that money in a Thai bank in your name only and there is no requirement to show it has come from overseas. It is only the income system of 40,000 per month that requires the money to be transferred from overseas into a Thai bank account in your name only
