Word of warning from my Mrs. ( has hotel). Patong immigration is intermittently rejecting online TM30 registrations even in hard copy. They are wanting the manual one along with property issued POA and 10thb officialdom stamp.

Actually no. That is just notarisation. As correctly stated Thailand is not signed up to the Hague international Apostille system. However, a lawyer still needs to get a certificate of authenticity from the appropriate government department to support the notarised PoA. I'm waiting for a few replies from lawyers for exact process and cost. If I was in Bangkok I could simply get it from the consulate.

When you come across a seller with immediate pack but not sending out for several days or more, simply drop a bad review on the seller with a short comment " Very slow dispatch". If I read that on the reviews I would choose an alternative...

Yes lots of drop outs, bandwidth reduction and speed problems (Patong). The various teams have visited with one saying "need to change the modem" and the other saying "nothing wrong with it" so no action taken on that. The last team magically got the speeds up to spec. for their visit but since then the drop outs etc. continue. Local chat is over populated distribution nodes....

Hi, We have a friend wanting to come to Phuket from Cuba. He has the Abdala vaccine that is not internationally recognised as yet. There seems to be a little confusion on his quarantine requirement. As far as I can see he is obliged to do a 10 day quarantine in a Bangkok ASQ hotel. He was hoping to ASQ in Phuket. Can anyone confirm or correct the above?

Most hotels and condos charge 500 or more. It is as a deterrent against carelessness as much as it is to cover inconvenience to the establishment. Take more care with other people's belongings ????

A bit silly this. You could have taken 5 women from the same village, dressed them differently, applied makeup to some and not others and would probably have even greater differences. The chosen photos were totally non representive and out of context. as others have said a waste of time and very poor advertising. BTW, I lucked out and got all 5 correct, closed eyes and pin method!
