That someone was correct. After all, when I did my 90 day report today I was told that I would need health insurance in February when I applied for my annual O-A visa extension, and that my Kaiser health plan, which reimburses me for any medical expenses I incur abroad, would not be accepted.
Thanks, this confirm Thailand is nationalist country, if anyone still has doubts, this is the root of the problem for us expatriates

Im from norway.I get about 4000 US dollar a month in disability pension.
We have free education, free medical etc etc.Anyway we get that because we pay tax.
The disability pension is not to be bought with the old-age pension, when I would be for the old-age pension I assume that your pension will decrease a lot

Even when owning a house you will always have to pay property tax (or council tax in the uk) the uk pension is close to half of the Dutch pension and I think you have to be 70 to get it now ! No wonder they want to leave the Eu . The worst pension in the union by quite some distance .
Many European country go for 70 now not only England, France excluded because yellow jackets ????????????

Also how many may be on O-A visas??? May put a damper on the trip if they are asked to stump up thousands THB for inappropriate insurance, especially if they have already paid hundreds in home country, for cover already. Can but hope it does not happen!
This is correct, a lot of people come for only two months but those who have an AO if the new insurance policy comes, many houses will be more on sale in Hua Hin

Let me guess, you didnt read the original article as you have no time to learn to read Thai.
Yes I read original Thai article, and ?
And the typical case of the Thai partner who denounces the foreign partner for taking the entire company, the Frenchman had a 30-day tourist visa had come to work 30 days? Make me laugh

Personally I believe that the health insurance will be effective in a short time for the simple fact that the one who now asks for visa AO will be with health insurance and that next year he will always have to have health insurance so a depreciation is created with those who have the AO without health insurance.
Considering also the inability of this government to run the country without talking about the health insurance pressure of this government with bribes, to believe that AO visa will be uninsured will surely be naïve -
Decided thumbs up for luck next years

Actually the Peoples representatives in the HoC won an important victory over the PM’s attempt to govern by means of executive order.
It was a great victory for Parliamentary Democracy.
I not see a great victory for Parliamentary Democracy, or maybe I am wrong with English Democracy understand.
Normally on the democratic western country when the government not have the majority call for new election, is automatically, but not now England with Boris, What can go wrong ?
Certainly not for the economic good of the country these political games, democracy and economy are inter-compatible
