No, diesel does not ignite quickly like petrol, it takes a fair bit of heat to ignite, my thoughts would be more on the line of someone lighting up a cigarette and it ending up on the seat which is highly flammable material and it would travel quickly or an electrical fault under the seats but this would be doubtful. The interior of the bus is the same whether it is a single deck or double decker and the same materials are used in other countries UK, USA, Europe and Australia in the fitting out of their coaches. One of the differences is that in most other countries smoking even by the driver is prohibited but unfortunately in Thailand it is not
good point but does it not take a while to get to flash point, being full of women i reckon they would mention they dropped a ciggy

Just as predicted. If he was given them, he broke the law by not declaring the gifts. If he bought them, he broke the law not declaring them as assets and explaining where the million dollars came from.
This should be the catalyst for a full scale investigation of all his other assets, maids assets, gardeners assets etc. Instead they will just delay another 6 months until something more important comes along to take the attention away.
The NACC is a joke. If they can't make this stick they should be disbanded and start again with some honest people, if anyone can find some.
if after all this time all they can say is that there are 22 different watches - all i can say is these guys are at the top of their game

Worawit yesterday did not respond to a query on whether Prawit could have violated the law by receiving gifts worth more than Bt3,000, going by his claim that he had been given the luxury wristwatches by his friend.
the law is the law - this needs a response

I think a committee should be set up to investigate whether this was in fact a good or bad idea......
needs to be a commission to get to the bottom of it

'He has a partner in the UK'. Surely this is a misprint, it should read: 'He HAD a partner in the UK'.

Yet another politician who hasnt spent a day doing real military service dressing up in uniform.
Disgraceful
same same british royal family all have ranks in all forces but not served in all forces. some people just like dressing up makes them feel above the rest of humankind.

Yes, isn't it infuriating to see a shameless traitor standing hypocritically there, waiting to stab the PM in the back. Filth of the lowest order.

The anti-graft body instead asked investigators to find out who was the real owner of all the watches, NACC secretary-general Worawit Sukboon told a press briefing
so what have they been doing for the past few months, looking at pictures of watches and deciding their are only 22 different ones !
ps. they know who they belong to he told them just go look at the receipts

The PM is not in charge of Parliament nor has a vote in Parliament. Even with Prayut how often has he "stepped into parliament" in order to manage anything?
But of course Prayut "owns" the parliament through his personal appointments.
since prayut has been there the gov has said the ministers do not have to turn up if they dont want to.

Government to urge operators of double decker buses to convert to single decker for safety reasons
By Thai PBS
The Ministry of Transport is now working closely with the Ministry of Finance to help operators of double decker buses to convert to the safer single decker bus after they were considered unsafe following several fatal bus crashes involving double decker buses.
