they were the ones going around checking this sort of stuff last year, so they must be the ones to enforce it.

such as preventing illegal voting by MPs on behalf of their absent colleagues

It's all I can do we cannot rely on the authorities to control this it has to be done by the consumers.

Education of the consumers is required it takes time but can make a difference.

driving a public carrying bus wearing flip flops, says a lot for that company.

accidents happen the world over but most countries have regulations on road use that are strictly enforced, not sure if that is the case here.

please    you cannot buy an IDL   all countries have there own testing system, therefore to get an IDL you would have to pass the test in all international countries. it is a permit which permits you to drive as long as you have a licence in those countries

for me riding around and seeing diff parts of where i stay is one of the reasons i come to thailand, same same for many tourists i think. thailand does not accept provisional licences which many tourists have but they seem to accept no licences in regards to thais

i keep seeing this IDL, it is not a licence it is a permit aka IDP

Tourists must now have an international licence, their passport and home country driving licence when renting a vehicle in Pattaya. They must carry their documents with them to show to the police if stopped. 

just serious crime or any crime ????  they are the police force 

name and model would help this not happening again

surely the man in charge of the police must lose face everytime the military is called upon to take up policing work

judging by the look of the truck i think the driver could have been at fault
