  1. All the cheap Hard Drives and high capacity thumb drives are fake. You can write your data but not read it back, you can't format them either. They have a chip in which pretends to be a high capacity, and until you try to format it, or retrieve bulk data you're oblivious.
  2. Why don't you tell us what you consider to be BS about EV's? Put some justification behind your claim.
  3. They have thought it through https://www.trade.gov/energy-resource-guide-thailand-renewable-energy https://spectra.mhi.com/how-thailand-is-moving-toward-a-more-flexible-energy-mix
  4. Delushional? Not only can't you spell, you're ignorant (about EV's)
  5. I think it might have something to do with the Gambian men's large penises. I went to Barbados when I was about 23 with a couple of mates. We had little luck in the discos, lots of American and Canadian girls but they only wanted the locals.
  6. What have you been smoking?
  7. Go ahead, nobody is stopping you.
  8. Setting import tariffs on Chinese EV's will massively slow uptake of EV's as other countries can't make them at anywhere near the same price. Do you really want to pay 50% more for an EV that doesn't compare well to a similarly priced ICE vehicle? The Chinese are disrupting the industry by providing better EV's than ICE at the same price.
  9. So you believe it’s ground beef ? :-)
  10. I found it interesting and I would like to read part two.
  11. Mine doesn't seem to have an AVAS setting. I can change to "Brand" it makes a plop noise when I press the start stop button but nothing when I am driving slowly.
  12. btw, my Seal doesn't make any icecream or other pedestrian warning sounds.
  13. The UK tax authorities have forced AirBnB to provide all the data of rentals in electronic format to them so they can retrospectively claim their share along with penalties. Anyone who doesn't think the Thai tax authorities will do that in the future is sadly mistaken. https://www.thp.co.uk/airbnb-tax-crackdown/
  14. Salesman said the prices have not been announced yet, maybe I was played...
  15. I have to collect some doucments from the dealer so I will check if the price really did change, or whether I have been played...
  16. There is no risk you will damage the car, there is a slight risk that you might get electrocuted, as the Earth lead usually goes to the car chassis and if there is any fault in the car, charging circuit, the body could go live, but it’s highly unlikely
  17. EV's measure their efficiency in terms of kilometers per kilowatt hour. I have never tried to convert that the equivalent kilometers per liter of fuel but you could do that, either by energy content or by cost. By cost we know it's a lot cheaper because we know how much it costs to fill up. Air pollution depends on the source of the energy.
  18. I bought one with a 10m lead, specifically for traveling and hotels. 2 prong with a hole for earth, just like yours, I bought on AliExpress.
  19. I have one very similar, switchable 6 thru 16 amp. It doesn't need an earth.
  20. How many times is "several"? you do know the definition of stupidity ?
  21. That cooling system was introduced in 2015, prior to that the Model S had a liquid cooling system from the "get go" in 2012. It's a similar system to that used by BYD where liquid coolant is used to cool the battery pack, but not inside the battery pack. Post 2015 the liquid circulates inside the battery pack and it is an inert liquid (ethylene glycol) and the battery internally is not electrically insulated. Tesla hold a patent on their newer 2015 system.
  22. I tried one in Chiang Mai and one in Kamphaeng Phet, neither worked with my German EV.
  23. Tesla have had liquid cooling long before that, I think you’re confusing the date of their introduction of the 8 port Nikolai Tesla one way valve invention with 0 moving parts.
  24. Tesla Lots of studies
