  1. I told you where I took it from
  2. I think FB only allows snippets, that’s all I saw.
  3. It wound me up too, it seemed like he was trying to spin out the length of the video by speaking slowly, repeating, and generally waffling without giving out any information. I lost interest after a short while.
  4. This cropped up on my Facebook feed, it was a point @bobbin was making the other day. https://youtube.com/shorts/DajqdRBgYco?si=aY3MX6nrAa_In_2R
  5. Historically the number released by Gaza’s Health Authority have been fairly accurate. In the absence of any other information, it’s probably ok to trust them, though I agree, a better breakdown is needed. They are releasing full names and citizen ID numbers.
  6. I totally agree with you.
  7. I forgot the world revolves around you. My bad
  8. My days of not taking you seriously have come to a middle.
  9. No, it’s pretty much inline with the what I would expect from you. I could post the IHL rules the summary came from, but I doubt you have the intellectual capacity to understand them.
  10. “Anyone doing that knows nothing of the law.” I think you can do better than that.
  11. satellite phones, which a few and far between
  12. Lighten up guys, that was humour, hence the 😉 Transman, I thought you would’ve got that being British and claiming you have a sense of humour, even though you’re taste in cars is questionable
  13. They would just claim it was a failed Hamas rocket 😉
  14. I agree, I predicted when interest rates and fuel prices started rising that people would prioritise heating their homes and paying their mortgages over replacing their car with a higher finance charge. People will keep their cars longer, and if they do replace them, go with a cheaper model or a secondhand model
  15. Well that isn’t what I said, but I do agree.
  16. It’s all about proportionality for the Israeli’s who don’t want to commit war crimes. Hamas on the other hand are terrorists. Terrorists are not generally known for following the law..
  17. In that case, destroying their HQ would be significant enough in most cases to permit targeting it.
  18. Let me check my notes, count them up and get back to you.
  19. I wouldn’t disagree with that statement.
  20. GM went on to say in that announcement… But this blip is only “growing pains” for the inevitable dominance of EVs in the auto industry, Caldwell said. “The industry is moving towards EVs—to deny that would probably be unwise,” Caldwell said. “It’s what that path looks like—that’s what’s undefined and is causing more confusion.
  21. Yes I am probably as familiar as you are. I do have some background in law. You need to study International Humanitarian Law, it supersedes the Geneva Convention in many areas.
  22. A solution integrated to the infotainment system is pretty neat.
  23. is Israel a signatory to that? It’s been strengthened with the following on bombing To be legal, aerial operations must comply with the principles of humanitarian law: military necessity, distinction, and proportionality:[1] An attack or action must be intended to help in the military defeat of the enemy; it must be an attack on a military objective, and the harm caused to civilians or civilian propertymust be proportional and not excessive in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage anticipated.
  24. I did post the law on the other thread, if it helps, I will post it again?
  25. Actually it’s a Dreidel. I have a little dreidel I made it out of clay…
