When leader of Jewish activist group engages in performative grandstanding risking a breach of the peace might be a better description. On the upside, the police de-escalated the situation and the activist is safe and well.

I’m sure the number of indictments is concern to Trump’s legal team. But the number is what was handed down by a Grand Jury. Trump’s delay tactics are a significant factor in the timing.

Perhaps the question should have asked ‘what will the police do with the new powers in the recent changes to policing laws’ Before passing the laws. That said, had the officer not intervened and the ‘breach of the peace’ he was concerned over had occurred, we’d be reading about something a lot more disturbing than a bit of activist performative grandstanding.
