  1. More certain the Starmer becoming the heir to over a decade of Tory mismanagement of the economy and public funds. The NHS in crisis, the housing crisis, the cost of living crisis and tens of £billions of public money squandered on hand outs to Tory chums with no benefit to the nation. What a sordid mess awaits the *next PM* * Of course there’s time between now and the General Election for two or three more Tory PM’s and sadly time yet for the Tories to create an even bigger mess than they have already.
  2. Do you have a link to the court judge on that?
  3. not a Putin lickspittle, not in the pocket of the Chinese, the Saudis or any other Middle Easter dictatorship that has money to bung his family.
  4. Just to be clear, Trump didn’t take the stand’, he was ordered to the stand by the judge. Trump then lied on the stand and was fined $10,000. He needs to understand the penalties for infringing a court order are incremental. But he doesn’t. He’ll run his mouth again and be ordered back to the stand. Just like every other idiot who disobeys court orders.
  5. Make that two by-elections: https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2023/oct/26/conservative-mp-arrested-on-suspicion-of-rape-and-drugs-possession
  6. There’s better reason to believe Fani Willis has cut a deal with the ‘flippers’ in which they get charged with ‘minor infractions’ in exchange for their guilty pleas and cooperation. Which is normal prosecution practice when ‘turning’ key witnesses. Meanwhile the impact of the guilty pleas of Trump’s ‘lawyers’ are already rolling over into the DOJ case against Trump in Washington DC. Apart from the ‘crime fraud exception’ having evaporated ‘client attorney privilege’, Jack Smith has filed motion against Trump’s delaying tactics around citing an ‘advice of attorney’ defense. But no, none of this matters,Trump is going to get away with it all’. https://www.meidastouch.com/news/jack-smith-trumps-guilty-lawyers-complicate-his-advice-of-counsel-defense
  7. The ‘American Proxy War’ that Russia started all Putin’s volition. How do square that ridiculous argument in your head?
  8. So what’s the Kremlin misinformation machine telling you Russia wanted?
  9. Not only that. Trump wasn’t seeking loans for no reason. He’s upside down on his investments, any substantial penalties might very well topple his house of cards.
  10. He wasn’t given any incentive. The verdict has been announced, we are awaiting the ruling on the size of the penalty.
  11. I don’t know anyone who calls JFK Jr an extremist. ’Opportunist conspiracy crack-pot and useful idiot to rightwing extremists’ yes, but not actually an extremist himself.
  12. Anyone in mind our did you just assemble a sentence from your usual keyboard short-cuts?
  13. Let’s add it to the list of self stroked grievances.
  14. It opinion pieces are…… wait for it….opinion pieces. I’m sure though feeding the ‘Trump is going to get away with it all’ angst sells copy.
  15. You can’t draw that conclusion from my statements either. I simply corrected your misunderstanding on the matter. I’m sorry doing so caused such offense.
  16. I wonder to what extent are these clergymen answerable Catholic Ecclesiastical Law. Do you surprise they still perform ‘Trial by Ordeal’?
  17. When responding to my posts you might want to try sticking to what I actually said and not attribute your own fabricated statements to me: "Ah but you can lock people up people prior to trial". The above statement is not even close to ‘calling for prison’. Quite a bizarre conclusion with absolutely no justification.
  18. Nice try Jonny. But the clue is in the BBC headline, absolutely nothing to do with Labour’s surging popularity.
  19. Where did I even suggest I supported such a thing? I did not. Go easy on the coffee.
  20. Very pro Government controlling citizens life choices.
  21. You perhaps assume English Common Law is universal.
  22. Well the current GOP certainly does.
  23. Actually they always have been. Pre-atrial incarceration is a thing.
  24. I’d be surprised if you had even heard of Mike Johnson before today, I suspect you’ve a bit of catching up to do. Oh and what triggered your totally off topic Antifa nonsense?
