  1. Russian tried to shakedown the tajik... and was killed. Tajik flees. Yeah, that's my theory. Good as any at this point. And if you are going to be calling them tourist, at least report on when they entered, under what visa type, and where they on overstay. Just to make the point that the Thailand visa free-for-all is to blame for turing Phuket into a chit hole.
  2. And the total and complete mockery of Thai political choice has entered its final act 🤮 #notsurprised
  3. I mean sort of sucks when you are hustling for fares... Yet another tale in the new ending battle of customer vs taxi 😂
  4. To come and never leave... Beware the law of unintended consequences.
  5. If anyone can overcomplicate an already dumb decision (to make Songkran 21 days long), and see no results, it's Thailand. More drunks and more road deaths, coming soon 💯💯💯
  6. Someone needs to take this your man to nana plaza 😂 but if it's beastiality he wants, he might just need to stay on the farm #freakshow
  7. The newest list appears to be based primarily on the number of duty free shops. Lounges and preflight champagne... really more an airline dependant thing. The Coral and Miracle lounges at BKK are mediocre at best. Unless seeing travelers sprawled out everywhere, scarfing "free" food is luxury (more like a ghetto).
  8. Stupid is as stupid does. That easy money is sometimes hard to ignore. His best defense might be his client list 😂 I'm sure there are a few folks in the area holding their breath.
  9. I saw the video on ThaiRath32 four days ago... I was certain he was from California (with all the bling and a skateboard cargo netted to the tail of his big bore motorcycle)... Clearly a man with self control and anger management issues. Probably should be investigated if he has been menacing other aThais. But from this one incident alone, all he is really guilty of is attacking a car (lucky for the driver the doors were locked, because he has hot under the collar)... and I don't think that alone is deportation worthy. Although, his ilk don't make Thailand a better place. Hope he does get the boot.
  10. UK couple published book about a luxury pet hotel in the UK 🥱 Now let's see what they can do about all the abused soi dogs in Thailand... that would be something worthy to hear about. Not rich people boarding their pampered pets.
  11. Criminal charges of assault call for jail time if found guilty. Makes sense. Jail him and after his sentence, then deportation 💯💯💯
  12. Every AirAsia flight I've been on in the last 12 months has been sold out. So it doesn't seem to be impacting demand. Just did a RT to Roi-Et for 2 for just over 9000THB. Not overly pleased, but not outraged either. Is what it is.
  13. If you are dumb enough to post incriminating evidence on social media you deserve what's coming. Everyone involved should pay the maximum penalty under the law.
  14. You can't be serious. Why does anyone (and seemingly everyone) at the airport ask to see your boarding pass?
  15. Mr. Dieter is a dirt bag deluxe. And if the authorities need to pile on more charges to justify a case for deportation, sobeit. He may just want to book a one way out of the country before he finds himself behind bars.
  16. False! immigration officers have access to itinerary information. This includes flight tickets, which may require additional documentation or confirmation of validity.
  17. So what? Immigration bureau has a job to do and that's controlling foreign entry. This is just another example of how poorly the process is designed and how poorly they do their jobs.
  18. A 22 year with no long stay visa, or near term prospects of getting one, allowed to enter on a one-way just points to how broken the immigration bureau really is when it comes to screening foreign entry.
  19. Like you say... it's all computerize. Not that hard to check.
  20. More whataboutism 🥱 why bring up a different issue, unrelated to knucklehead foreigners? All you are doing is deflecting attention away from the original point of the post/thread... whataboutism is just a fallacy; because even if there where other Thai criminals (and there are; but traffic/transportation "crime" 🤣... snooze, not news, worthily), none of it addresses the original point that knucklehead foreigners need to go. Give it a rest. Foreigners mad about aggressive tuk tuk drivers trying to make ends meet in a tough economy is rich AF 🤣 Here is some advice, take care of your ownself, control your ownself and stop worrying about the "other" low-lifes that get away with being jerks (or worse).
  21. Not as many as that question the creditability of this government 🤣
  22. Probably has an open warrant for his arrest back home🤣... easier to do the lite sentences meted out in THA. Admit guilt (to avoid the courts), pay the fines, apologize, and his sentence will be halved. Sorry, they gave him a choice (but that's his right apparently), because Thailand would be a better place without people like him here #facts
  23. The only non-sense here it your statement above 👆 No foreigner is being execute or torn limb from limb by angry mobs. In every case of foreigners behaving badly (to the point of breaking the law), the punishment fits the crime. In fact, losing one's visa and being deported is the easy way out (as compared to prison). Good riddance to garbage foreigners who can't follow simple rules of civil behavior (that break established law). And if those same foreigners lose their Thailand privileges, and their property/businesses, they have only themselves to blame. No sympathy for scofflaws, miscreants, criminals, or their enterprises.
  24. Just because you don't get a pass for doing wrong when someone else does? It's just whining. Don't break the laws, and never a problem you will have. Very straight forward, and simple, and not hard to abide. Really.
