Feels good doesn't it?
I also started at 62 last Nov & have smiled every month on the 3rd Wednesday since ????
For me knowing the uncertainty of paperwork being processed is over. I always had a fear of incompetent workers screwing me up.

Wondering how it will work for civilians working overseas not being able to have their own health Ins, or retired military on Tri-Care. Will be a mess if Bernie does pull it off.

drive faster, its as simple as that.
if you want proof for my statement,
drive extremely slow and see for yourself that you start flipping
the front wheel left and right constantly to maintain balance.
just keep a rather high speed and think nothing of it,
just as you would drive on a plain road
Fast is the same as fail, slow is what they want.

Given AIS' recent announcement on binning channels I'd suggest True (as best of a bad bunch).
Well besides lost channels, for ease of use like having an easy to use menu board so the family can find channels easily. I like the idea of saving money with AIS but also want simple.

If you are travelling to Sattahip from Bangkok, using Sukhumvit road will add kilos and time to the journey.
All the road construction surrounding Ban Chang is tiresome. Having the 7 from Ban Chang to Pattaya will be nice when completed.

Yet, if you date a Thai girl from a good family, their parents and relatives always comment "good, he has no tattoos", tattoos are for the labor class. Pretty same as in the West, where middle class people have significantly less tattoos than the labor class.
Did you fall asleep, like 50 yrs ago and just now woke up. It's 2020 my friend.

I hate the creepers, the ones who start driving on the shoulder continuously pulling out into mad traffic instead of waiting for a clear road and gunning it.

My wife's brother, in the sticks outside Surin, had a fish pond dug last year. I estimate it's approximately 35m x 25m and 4m deep.
The local authority (highways department maybe?) did the work at no cost to him. They took away the soil to use elsewhere.
I have heard that a few other local people had the same sort of deal.
Had one dug in Sakon Nakhon some years back. Same thing.

Saw the tail end of this on the news, asked the "ole lady" who he killed and she just sort of blew it off......yikes. I just recently retired and told bits and pieces of what she's got coming later on......yikes again.

Would be interesting to know what’s happened to the 100 million baht assets.
And of the 2 children.

thai gf's niece works for a company that sells these.
here are some current prices (google translate from her email):
container fee for a grade office
empty box: 55,000
make 1 window: 9,000
door: 8,000
rust-proof coating: 7,000
paint with external rust proof primer, interior, 10,000
can chose 2 colors, padded foam with ceiling panels around the heat
base cost around 80,000 (box with rust-proofing, paint and ceiling insulation), then add for doors and windows, and add shipping cost calculated according to distance.
lotsa how-to videos on youtube if interested.
I'm guessing that's for a 20 footer.

2 yrs ago I bought a 40 ft connex box in Calif. from a place that's been selling for at least 20 yrs. Cost was 120,000 bht $4000.USD I doubt they will be much cheaper in Thailand. That would not make baht sense to convert to live in.

Look past the beam.
Don't go slow.
That's just it, can't go fast. Has to be a crawl. Don't look down as you said, look to the end of beam and keeping legs tucked in also helps.

It is probably not something I would consider, just trying to work out if that is what he meant.
I've seen tanks built on a higher platform, just assumed they were using gravity flow.

First thing that comes to mind, as I'm a lazy ass. Put in a water tank, that way you'll only run the pump as tank level drops. If the leak causes no visible damage, why not??

I Fed Exed an envelope Pattaya to Manilla, overnight service. Charge was 900+ bht. Just happy to have the service and cost didn't matter but, you can see it's pricey.

That's the whole point. Bernie wants to do away with "all" private Insurance. I have Blue Cross/BS and was able to keep it after I retired a few months back. Bernie is taking it to a whole new level.
