  1. Chalk this one up, one of the very few times I agree with you.
  2. That's because it is not the same truth as yours, which you get spoon-fed by Fox News and Truth Social.
  3. You're not handsome enough to get it for free, and you talk about fuglies? I'm wondering if you can even see what's down below.
  4. They will be raped and killed by rednecks instead. Women of the right will be spared. I am quite sure you don't realize how humorous some of your posts are.
  5. I know several decent men who were taken to the cleaners by gold-diggers. When things come up short, as you put it, will you trust the law of the land, or have a cast-iron pre-nup?
  6. You may be right. How many government policy-makers are lawyers?
  7. I would have thought, given your occupation, you would be familiar with the multiple abuses that have occurred. Kew Cottages or Larundel ring any bells?
  8. Who do you think made the laws that enabled women to legally take half the assets of a man? It certainly was not women, more male traitors to their gender. IMO much of today's misogynism stems from those laws, which threw out fairness and equity. If I have a million dollars, and my wife has none, she can take half after a year's marriage in Australia. I still get to keep my million dollars in Thailand. It is only assets accumulated after marriage which get split. That's fair. Men should not be blaming women. They should be hunting down the male lawyers that created the inequity, or that sustain it, and exterminating them like vermin.
  9. I don't even buy green bananas.
  10. I understand the psychiatric hospitals in Thailand treat people with mental illnesses quite kindly.
  11. I was going to ask the OP his location, then I realized all the mosquitoes will know.
  12. IMO bricks and mortar stores will still be around. There are some things no-one wants to buy online, due to the risk. It's a sometimes painful process of adaptation.
  13. Really. Didn't King George V change the royal family's name from Saxe-Coburg-Gotha to Windsor in 1917, to avoid anti-German sentiment?
  14. I am wondering if the OP's spelling, fete accompli, is a deliberate malapropism. Or Spoonerism. Thailand was the best choice for me in retirement, economically. My personal "Heart of Darkness" was being appointed team leader of a McKinsey cost -cutting program. 6 months of my life utterly wasted.
  15. How much wealth in terms of social welfare are those ethnic minority groups absorbing?
  16. Trump is quite right to be taking Americans as idiots. Because they are. Now they have served their purpose, they will be tossed under the bus. The gap between haves and have-nots will widen, while the propaganda mill pumps out claims of how good everything is. The turkeys voted for Christmas. It's coming.
  17. Yeah, Kiwis are really jealous they have nothing to sell but snow.
  18. I thought the UK was owned by Pakistanis and Indians.
  19. Biden appointed 8 Republicans to government positions. Prior to that, Trump appointed 7 Democrats. Color me surprised if even one Democrat makes it onto a government position this time around.
  20. When the purge of government departments ends, replacements will not be appointed on the basis of competence. Loyalty and political leanings will be the key prerequisites. To see where that ends, one only has to look at Shoigu and Gerasimov in Russia. Renowned for their loyalty to Putin, they are also regarded by Ukrainian intelligence as a couple of their best assets, based on their incompetence. I have no doubt the second Trump administration will preside over some of the biggest bureaucratic screwups in America's history. At the expense of ordinary Americans. Trump's response to COVID is an example. I am equally confident some appointees will be filling their boots. A fish rots from the head. Welcome back, Senator Joseph McCarthy. I expect House and Senate hearings quite soon.
  21. You are not by yourself in Thailand. Every day, you post increasingly bizarre threads to obtain a variety of reactions.
  22. IMO a big factor in the fight is not VO2 max. It's speed. There are quite a few sports where an athlete's decline is due to deteriorating reflexes and speed. Boxing is no exception.
  23. Tyson has probably forgotten more about defensive boxing than Paul will ever learn. You may be right. However, there are scores of professional boxers that will attest to the fact Tyson was one of the most powerful punchers they ever faced, and it only takes one. There are quite a few sports around where older people can give the younger ones a very bad time.
  24. I was under the impression the OP was a neuter or eunuch, with only nostalgia to sustain him. He does remind me of Conleth Hill.
  25. Perhaps my subconscious was aiding the post. I must have some ugly images there.
