Please explain what part of my post is not factual. Show me evidence of Americans you claim are fighting in Ukraine. It's a matter of record the 50 km column heading for Kyiv first ran out of fuel, then out of food. It highlighted how incompetent Russian logistics were, and probably still are. True, Russia will win soon IF Trump is elected. He doesn't care how many Ukrainians Putin murders. Otherwise, I suspect you will be the one eating your words.

Why do Thai women actually love foreign men?
Lacessit replied to Alpha84's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
If you have all four, what on Earth are you doing here? -
Please help me understand. A fine young man who stands convicted of 34 counts of falsifying business records? A brilliant young man whose business ventures have gone bankrupt 9-10 times? A brilliant young man who succeeded in turning a $5 million defamation award against him into $88 million, because he could not keep his mouth shut? A brilliant young man who is 78 years old? When Trump drinks his Diet Coke ( not working, BTW ) what else is in it? LSD ?

If you are trying to explain why women do what they do, welcome to the club of complete bewilderment. -
Shocking slump: Thailand’s premium EV sales plunge 35%

You are quibbling over semantics of what allocation means. It's obsessive on your part, and boring. I have a parking space at the condo, get that through your thick skull. Your talk of honesty and integrity rings rather hollow when you refuse to admit there are any downsides to the electric Jesus you espouse. -

I think I do , you don't. I think you are a shallow poseur, you don't. -
Any gains Russia is making is on the basis of human waves. In two years of war, Russia has lost 5-6 times as many soldiers as it lost in 9 years in Afghanistan. As far as Russian equipment goes, there are hundreds of videos on YouTube showing Russia;s best tanks being taken out by home-made drones costing a couple of hundred dollars to build.

Is that a threat? Stick it where the sun does not shine. You have your point of view, I have mine. As far as I am concerned, I was allocated an access sticker with my purchase of the condo, and your posting on the topic is bordering on OCD. -

Quite simply, you are wrong. The condo where I live has allocated parking. There is a sticker on the windshield of my car that says so, and I have never had to park my car anywhere else in the four years I have lived there. If you mean the condo does not have numbered parking spaces for each unit, then you are right. It depends on the definition of allocated. Perhaps you can show me a condo in Chiang Rai or Chiang Mai where the parking spaces are numbered or named, because I have yet to see one. You said you had a Merc, a Porsche, 2 MG's and a BYD. If that's not boasting, I don't know what is. As far as loss of respect goes, I guess we are even. -

I used to belong to a very prestigious golf club in Australia. It was a mix of old money, good golfers who wanted great courses to play on, and what I would call nouveau riche. The old money were level-headed about their place in life, interesting to talk to. Some of the sharpest minds around. Most of the nouveau riche treated the club staff like dirt, and looked down on anyone who was not at their financial level. Their sole topic of conversation was their latest possessions. I avoided them as I would avoid leprosy. They were usually lousy golfers as well. I am not rich. However, I will die solvent. I don't need flash possessions to impress friends, relatives, and neighbors. I buy most things secondhand because I was taught to value the money I earned, and not waste it. You made it from humble beginnings, good for you. So did I, to a lesser extent. If you want to impress me with what you achieved in life, go ahead. I have some achievements I am proud of too. Just don't try to impress me with what you own, because IMO that's pathetic. -

If the bank won't take responsibility for clearing the previous owner's possessions, I fail to see why the OP should. Perhaps there is information the bank is withholding from potential buyers. Rule #1 in business, never trust anyone. -
Perhaps it's a sign of how people are more cash-strapped nowadays. Promenada is bust, maybe Airport is the next to go. I've never understood how Kad Suan Kaew keeps going, to me it's a sh!thole with very ordinary food.
