According to peer-reviewed medical reports, the vaccine was 50% successful in preventing infection, and 90% successful in preventing serious illness. With serious illness, a person is more likely to be a super-spreader, coughing and sneezing more frequently and violently. The 50%/90% stats are still better than zero/zero. Your last sentence is plain wrong, and dumb to boot.
