  1. Only one ATM card. Transfer funds from other account to ATM account when it is needed, otherwise keep the ATM account balance very low. Never use it as debit or online shopping, COD only.
  2. Just check the voltage at the breaker output when the lights turned off by itself. If the voltage is present then check the voltage at the 2 sockets, if voltage is present at sockets then check the light switch and wires to the light from the switch. If there is voltage before and after the switch then problem could be Neutral line to the lights.
  3. It is up to you to keep the rest of the old ones. We found a small crack in one of injectors and decided to replace the whole thing (firmware update was not available either). These equipments are not factory genuine and have limited safe life time. 10 years would be enough, not only for the tank, but also hoses and injectors.
  4. 10 year is acceptable after 10 year the tank has to be replaced with a new one. the best is to renew the whole system, not only the tank. An authorized inspection is required by DLT after replacing the system.

  10. We have a builder (small team) who suggested this product to us. He says it will work for some years and keeps termites away if we add it to the soil under our house. Well I bought it today and paid ฿850 for that. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience or information about this ?

  17. Not really many tourists coming to Thailand anyway. Most of those are not really tourists, but other purposes.   19. I live in Thailand and I don't understand why I need to get a covid insurance (for longer than a month) after returning to Thailand !!!! I'm not returning to a "covid free" country (Thailand) !!!!! I'm not a tourist (I understand that tourists need to have covid/health insurance when they enter to Thailand) I live here and I have funds in Thai banks (required by immigration).
  20. Landlord rented the property, has no right to control anything (not mentioned in contract and even did not notify you about existing any). He can not do anything legally (in fact what he is doing is illegal), but perhaps he/she won't return your deposit.

  22. My guess is this kind of cases happen when the owner have someone ready to move in with higher rent. Perhaps some other farang from their homeland. you don't have to move out and if anything wrong happens by the owner you can go to police with your contract for disturbance caused by owner. Always sign a 2 way contract, not only benefit toward the owner. Add section/sections to contract to save your rights. Do not sign if they don't agree.
