Sorry, but I don't believe him anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will never stop the dual pricing on tourists and guests.

They will never stop  the vendor saling overpriced products.

They will never stop speeding bus and van drivers, because they do not

have these speeding capture cameras on the roads as in Germany or Switzerland.

    They  will never.......

Just named a few, otherwise I would be too busy.

Maybe they can begin with the palace entry fee..

It’s 500 baht for foreigners (even if you are resident here and/ or work and pay taxes here)

    thais go free

now I know that the palace must make money and Thais must be able to afford to visit but this clear example of ‘them and us’ fleecing jerks my chain

I live lower Sukhumvit surrounded by night life and happy hour beers are 100 baht a Pint till 8pm and then the old German beer house starts happy hour from 10 pm till close

Terminal 21 stills sells Most dishes average 40 baht in the food court as do. Most malls

groceries from Tesco on line is the same price for all of thailand

What prices gone through the roof?

Actually terminal 21 mall food is really cheap compared to some other malls now, for instance close to me the food mall was 40 baht a dish but charges have increased recently to about 70-90 baht a dish.

My wife even makes a point of us calling in at T21 for a cheap and tasty meal when we pass. It is cheap there, make the most of it while it lasts.

Also, I noticed in tesco this week a tray of eggs is now 95ish baht up from 79baht.

Other products are creeping higher also and of course if you earn in another currency that exhuberates the price increases.

    Prices are most definitely increasing.

From the fact pattern provided, it's a pretty clear case of premeditated dog assault and battery. Had he acted in the heat of the moment as his dog was being attacked, he would have a defense. But, he later sought out the offending dog after a cooling down period and intentionally and with malice aforethought exacted revenge.

Why not give all arrivals an Amulet to protect them from Evil Spirits and Brake Failures !

This is just a small example but some of my extended family visited Phuket last year for a wedding group. About 20 people in total...

..the grooms mother literally ended up with broken bones after the minivan driver crashed collecting them from the airport..

..good job mini van drivers ????????, dream wedding holiday ruined and another 20 tourists scared away from visiting Thailand forever..

    ..next.

How sad that you can't see that, after a complaint has been made to them by a member of the public, they were doing something that Thaivisa posters regularly condemn them for not doing...their job!  RTP cannot win with you lot can they?

..but this is a minor incident and it is now going viral on news outlets around the world. A few minutes of fun and play on holiday could jeopardize ones future career, prospects etc...

..there needs to be a priority and this so called 'criminal offence is far from being a priority and this story isnt news worthy.

  6. Customs is just another blackmail scamming unit..

I once sent a 25kg shipment overseas to a customer and it was returned undelivered. The package was held at thai customs who said I would need to pay a stupid amount of tax to get it  delivered back otherwise it would be destroyed.

After I dissapproved and kicked up a fuss the customs agent called me to say if I pay him s lower fee directly he could clear it for me on the side.

What a scamming bunch of cronies the customs are, not even law abiding.

I hate eating in malls, depressingly sterile with absolutely no atmosphere.

You can't beat eating by the sea (in a decent area) with the views, the breeze & the buzz of people.

Since I've lived here I rarely eat inside.

In the bkk city inside in the air conditioning beats sitting along side road side pollution and mosquitos.

maybe the sea side is different but the malll food has its place
