You'll find 99% of issues are due to foreigners Incompetence, not understanding the procedures here in Thailand. It's quite easy to post negative threads on AN, you'll get lots of likes but it won't make your life easier. I find dealing with government departments in Thailand quite easy and straight forward once you understand how their systems work. Maybe Thailand is not for you.
