    These properties were not designed for AC to be installed. You are chasing your tail. It will be expensive to redesign the roof to insulate. It will be expensive to run an AC unit without adequate insulation. Buy an extra fan. You will be throwing good money after bad.

    Soi Kophai, Pattaya, there's a small Vespa shop (local boys), always lots of Vespas out front, repairs etc. Have a talk with them, these guys generally know more about the bikes than the dealers, they know how to get around challenges.

    How cool, I switched to surf fm (I just heard the George interview for those of you without Facebook), they played waiting for a train by flash and the pan, haven't heard for ages. Looks like I'm listening to SURF now, changing from Pattaya FM103.

    It sounds strange but I've seen comments from members saying Facebook is not allowed on Asean Now forums. I reckon it's time for those members to get Facebook if they don't have. Lots of great groups on Facebook, I use Facebook regularly, house renovations Thailand, different Australian groups to join, xDiavel and Diavel owners group, Jeremy Clarkson, Pattaya restaurants and property, even a Wise group to ask questions.

    Peal white, I think it was 60000 baht extra, back 2013, probably same price to wrap. Why would I want to wrap, I wanted white so I had to pay Toyota extra for white.

    I agree, I had a black HRV a few years ago, black attracted the dust it always looked dirty. The Royal family have black cars, Thai's buy black to look rich.

    I have a neighbour, he's English, he'd ask me at times to go with him because he would regularly get lost. I had to stop helping him, we'd get in his car and he would be on the horn constantly, saying 'stupid Thai's' etc. I tried to reason with him, asking him to relax and let the other road users in. Nope he acted as if the roads were his only and he wasn't sharing. The guys a bloody PSYCHO

    Nope, they will find a space for their stamp. Just replace it if it gets choco block. As an Aussie I'd go through a 64 page passport (they don't issue any more) less than 10 years. As long as it's got 6 month validity, it's OK.
