  1. Yes, I read this earlier and wanted to add. You shouldn't need access to your cables or add cables. Once cables are hardwired, job is finished. Times have changed, everything is Wi-Fi controlled, just focus on router location etc. You'll find running cables these days is obsolete. As long as you do your research, placing patch points correctly etc. All your lighting and usuable items should be remotely operated. My first house here in Pattaya I spent many hours and thousands of baht running cat5 and speaker cables, I never used these cables, everything wireless now.
  2. Many are unsightly, but not all of them I reckon recessed ceilings are beautiful. In the kitchen you can reverse recess, lots of options. Ceiling tiles are boring, OK for commercial building/office.
  3. Any updates. - did you get a Slap in the face - Have you been locked up for stalking her - given up and found true love in Soi 6 - she's married, now the husband is looking for you. ????????
  4. Ceiling tiles are unsightly, are you sure that's what you want. I haven't seen ceiling tiles in a condo before, not in a new condo or renovated. They do put ceiling tiles in the bathroom. The ceiling may have a manhole, but won't allow access, very little space. Once the ceiling is fitted your wires will be hidden forever.
  5. Don't worry, it won't be negative for much longer. Interest rates are rising.
  6. A root canal extraction is a failed root canal, which is what will happen to the OP if he tries to have a root canal procedure in 8 days. He will be having the tooth extracted once he's back home in Australia. Save your money, forget about the RC, get the tooth ripped out.
  7. A party on Jomtien Beach 6am this morning. Around 6 females wearing pajamas. Good idea, if your too drunk to change into your pajamas, you can just collapse in your bed once you get back home.
  8. How did you get access to Asean Now's database for information on who has been banned Do a search and select 'member search' from the drop down.
  9. It's been 60 years and this style is still very popular. Australia it's a favorite bike for the Posties, delivering the mail. It's now got ABS, electronics, bigger motor but style very similar.
  10. Go to third floor Nana Plaza and get your own I love how they're always on the upper floors. Well away from my frolics with the lovely ladies. Same in Singapore, 4 floors of whores have the ladyboy's on the upper floors.
  11. Agree. I buy my bread from Big C extra, they have a great range of bread. Lots of wholemeal and wholegrains to choose from.
  12. OMG, poor, childish behavior, you'd never see this in Pattaya. I'm staying away from Chiang Mai, very dangerous place.
  13. Oops, typo. Should read 12000 baht each. Total 120,000 baht for 10 BTC
  14. I thought that was him walking down soi Buakaow. Lots of Dodgy guys here these days.
  15. They've introduced a new colour. Sky blue was standard, now they have lovely new gorgeous pink Super Mario coveralls.
  16. To be fair, City Hall has street sweepers out early every morning but they need to employ more to pick up litter on the new beach front extension.
  17. Somchai, what a popular name, I reckon the Thai jails are full with Somchai's, it'd be the most popular name. BTW, not too long ago I was interested in AN members and the name Somchai. Check it out, so many banned Somchai's, what's going on with this name?
  18. I've got an investment property here in Pattaya, my wife rents it out 6 or 12 monthly contracts. You'll find if a property is unoccupied for a short while the critters will move in. I reckon it's the agent, just too mean to send the cleaners in prior to occupy.
  19. So, I asked around, it turns out that the beautiful lady's English bf is still married to his English wife (he can't divorce her, probably a financial thing, whatever). It's really a sad story, she would like to marry him and she desperately wants children (33yo) but he won't reverse his vasectomy. Poor girl. It's a separate issue, I would like to get some information on this Thailand 'marriage ceremony', it has really been bugging me. I'm trying to understand, seems a little Dodgy to me. So, if a foreigner has a marriage ceremony here in Thailand (just a ceremony, no marriage certificate) to show the gf that he is committed, is this legal or is it possible if the foreigner is still married in his home country?
  20. GOOD. We have a couple of these houses in our housing estate being rented on a daily basis and they are annoying. Loud music, Drunken people, cars parked illegally.
  21. Ha ha, this was bound to happen. Thai's don't obey signs. BTW, this extended beach area has now become an unsightly rubbish patch. I go past most mornings and litter scattered everywhere.
  22. I bought my first 10 BTC back in 2015 for 1200 baht ea. Looking forward to buying some more BTC when the price comes down.
  23. Great thanks. OK, enough of the serious stuff.
  24. Oh, OK, so if you are married you have a document.
