  1. No, don't be sorry, I was just trying to help. It's not an issue for me as I only use my smartphone for asean now. I hope you guys get a result soon 👍
  2. There's a couple of threads open regarding this issue
  3. Yes, same here, When I've bought gold chains, rings etc, receipt on business card. But 10 and 20 baht gold bars I've been given proper receipts.
  4. OK then but can we still run over the protesters who block the road. 🙏
  5. Wheels on bikes need to be black. Long time ago, I had a Buell with yellow wheels. The brake dust, after every ride you have to clean them.
  6. The ADV160 is SRP. https://www.thaihonda.co.th/honda/motorcycle/automatic/new-adv160-2024
  7. I agree but I'm in shock. I've never, ever seen, Mityon selling at only 1k baht above SRP. Might be time for me to buy a new PCX
  8. Honda website shows SRP PCX 93900 baht, his Mityon quote 94,500 baht (Pattaya prices) The Pattaya price looks very low.
  9. The price you were quoted 94,500 baht is close to SRP. Mityon were charging 10k, 20k baht higher. I doubt Asia City is going give much of a discount. https://www.thaihonda.co.th/honda/motorcycle/automatic/pcx-2024
  10. Sadly it's Pattaya, they won't budge, you'll get a free plastic helmet. I've heard of lower prices elsewhere but is it worth the bother. A couple of guys have bought from this dealer, saved a couple of grand. https://maps.app.goo.gl/LTQWKdyMHtjuXomB6
  11. oh Fritz, I love it .... your the best... I find him one of the most annoying.
  12. I don't believe you, impossible. You are doing something wrong.
  13. We disagree on this issue also but I do not reply with hostility, saying that it's not true or you are wrong. We have different opinions, try to understand we can have a different opinion. In my opinion, it's the rider that makes the motorbike dangerous, some people should never be allowed to ride.
  14. That's nice to know. I've been pulled up several times by the cops, travelling in the fast lane.
  15. Where did I say Vibhavadi Rangsit Road was in Australia?
  16. Nothing has changed. Sadly, the fugitive numbers are increasing, lots of cowboys thinking they are gangsters. Yes, we've got a few here. Yep, had those with the dirty brush attack me in the past. We can only hope and prey 🙏
  17. Yes, this strange law on some roads. Hopeful, if the cops look at the video, they'd be charging the car driver.
  18. That's a lot of money, He was a thief. Thailand's metered taxis, the cheapest in the world. The problem is the drivers/owners, they either don't turn on the meter or they tamper with the meter so your journey becomes 5x the price...... Criminals
  19. Yes, Greta, strange person, should be banned. Also introduce a law allowing people to run over those far left protestors (Greta's friends) blocking roadways. People need to get to work to earn a wage to feed their families.
  20. Do you also rent a Honda Wave?
  21. They've been disappearing all morning. Apparently we need to discuss value for money.
  22. I don't give her any money, maybe the occasional taxi fare for for her commute because she is running low on money etc. I provide accommodation only. I do spoil her to death, she is beautiful and I treat her well. I regularly buy her nice gifts but this is every man's obligation if he has a beautiful, loving woman. She likes going out, shopping, restaurants etc in my car, something she has never done before only having Thai boyfriends. It's a big change for her coming from a very poor family, living in a small Isaan village, 100km from the city.
  23. Got a link for donations, sound like a worthy cause. Good luck mate 🙏
  24. Wow, the guy is on a budget, he rents a wave.
  25. I get it now, you're an Indian, or an Indian who migrated to Australia now calling yourself Australian. It explains your hostility, I've hurt your feelings. I stayed in Mumbai for a while, waiting for work permits, medicals etc, it's a <deleted>hole. I worked in India for a couple of years, offshore, working for Reliance. The Indians I worked with were hard workers, did what they were told. After I'd left the rig some of the guys would holiday in Pattaya and call me up for a beer. Got nothing against the Indians, just too many of you guys.
