    The confusing statement “oil extracts containing” looks to me to mean processing as oil illegal and

    cooking in food illegal if over 0.2 percent THC. Seems that smoking it in your house is ok….. …..

    It’s been awhile when I tried using my U.S. ATM card.. they said needs to Citibank which it was but 

    had to be Citibank Thailand… I found it’s far much easier to be on a “not so much food” diet

    Chang if Thai beer…. Tired a few times to choke down a Leo…

     

    if country oriented Belgium has some great beers… ah and America Buttwiper Not! Original Coors

    for nostalgia cause 70s wasn’t licensed to sell east of the Mississippi…

     

    Grandpa in law always had a frig full of Coors original nothing else for family and guests..

     

    us 21 ish year olds who were on the lower end of the pay scale early in life enjoyed a many free beers in the converted garage man cave (admiral in those days)....his drink of choice whiskey on the rocks.

    Took similar route … rented motorcycles in Chiang Mai from big bike rentals 400/500 cc three of us around the loop 5 days taking it easy enjoying the sights. Rental shop told of places / hotels to stay 

    all accommodations were good ..  I think most expensive was $25 USD (750 ish baht). A lot of off the road trails … really a great trip would do it again….

    I understand budgets adjusted ….. but in the case of Education there should be additional funds so all 

    children have a starting chance through education. How many teenage children are ready to face the

    world at 14-15 years old. None in any country. I can only speak of Isaan because I’m not familiar or seen first hand the school systems.
     

    At bare minimum all children should have the opportunity to go to school with proper education until 

    Mattayom 6. In the long run it could help reduce the number prisoners due to lack of education.
