Was a passenger and we got stopped … driver wasn’t ticketed and I was to to jail on a warrant for not paying a fix it ticket for worn wiper blades…. This was back in the day when cruising was popular and sometimes you’d get a ticket for something crazy…

OP suggest you contact your shipping company of other goods and inquire about the bottles

of alcohol or apply for license for non trade. Wouldn’t risk losing the bottles. You might check 

if any restrictions for carry on liquids.
 

Prior experience flying into the US from Shanghai bought a bottle of liquor at the duty free shop across from boarding gate … upon boarding was told no liquid carry on for flight to US. After talking 

to several persons from airline finally convinced them to put in as checked in. 
 

The black smoke was probably from the trucks exhaust.. … not the tires. See it many times when drivers stepping on the accelerator maybe to be impressive and show speed… but black diesel exhaust fumes pouring out like an old bus from relatively newer trucks .. lowered .. low profile tires

I think it’s bulllarky….  never seen it in my days of participating. My Pops when I’d visit asked if I wanted to try his homemade pot brownies…. I’d just look shaking my head uhhh no thanks. Thought
