  1. Not quite the point I was trying to make... but yes, you are right, and yes, mine is in a pouch
  2. Did I reply to your comment, I don't think I did... but I think you mis- interpreted what I said. I know JetStar is owned by Qantus, I am an Aussie, I use JetStar.
  3. Depends on the country you're entering, and the amount of damage, some tourists have been denied entry into Bali simply because of a water stain... bit scary really, considering the worlds most expensive passport, yes Australia's, the cover, and pages curl up..
  4. I'm not 100% sure, but at a guess, loose clothing could get caught.
  5. How long before we, again, see cloud seeding, water spraying trucks, and if I remember correctly, portable air filters, only in Bangkok.... but what we never see is any attempt to stop the yearly pollution.
  6. Can't be true, tik tok creators often say how safe Thailand is, you can leave the keys in the bike, leave your helmet on the bike, go away, it's still there when you get back... this story indicates they talk out their respective butts.
  7. Wow, whatever you're vaping, you should stop.
  8. You're right, Thailand has enough already.
  9. after reading the headline, no need to read further, same bull<deleted> we get every year...
  10. hang on, in Australia, and I suspect many other countries, the water is ALWAYS on, and tested regularly.
  11. mate, you raise the issue of other countries, which is irrelevant to any of my comments, and irrelevant to the posted article... I find it hard for you to not understand... this is about Thailand. Anyway I cannot talk to a thick wall... have a nice 2025
  12. mate, you are wrong, I am not comparing with any other country... only Thailand, you can go off on your own crusade, but my comment is simply about the numbers in Thailand... now go away.
  13. Here we go, the get out of jail machine is firring up, back by easter.
  14. "The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) stated at their daily briefing that it has implemented stricter safety measures nationwide to curb road crashes during New Year celebrations" so just how are they intend to change the Thai driving culture, in such a short time.... so far, the cops have failed to make any difference.
  15. don't need any stats...we see enough reports of Thai bus fires, it is irrelevant what happens in other countries.
  16. Is it my imagination, but Thailand seems to have a high nu.ber of bus fires.
  17. Actually sprinklers should only come on in the vicinity of the fire most people think they all come on at the same time... guess we can blame movies for that myth.
  18. Turntable ladders do not make it that advanced... geez mate By the way, Thailand has not been classified 3rd world for a long time, it is considered a developing nation... which means it has a long way to go.
  19. Problem, how does the japanese guy know she was the dudes girlfriend, not just a girl being assualted... would you stand by.
  20. Mate, like you, I hasn't around when Drake, or the ancient Greeks, or "hose{sic} Victorian and Edwardians" were, so please enlighten us, as for the 50s and 60s, I was there, I was one of those young ones... we knew we didn't know everything, we respected our elders, and teachers and police, it's you kids, that never grow up, that do not understand, far too spoilt, lack of discipline, and failed to study or understand, you go around with a huge chip on your shoulders, believe the world owns you.
  21. Mate, I'm an Aussie, I know Aussie humour, and you failed.
