    I would take a 18.000 BTU Unit for this size of a Room, it is cooling down much more better than a 12.000 BTU Unit and gives you the option is cool the Bathroom as well in hot Season. A 12.000 BTU Unit may just do it, but will run permanent in high Load.

    Have a Deco Double Ace, range is around 80 km. You can charge at home from a normal Socket, all works fine for me.
