  1. i don't disagree with any of the sceptical posts here, but someone must be around to pay for the ongoing adverts i see sprinkled in different publications !

  2. Didn't frequent this particular establishment myself, but i see other similar one's that employ a lot of male staff, as DJ's, doorstaff, etc surprised they didn't take more direct action against owners. Trooping down police station to file a complaint seems very civilised and unThai like.

  3. this weeks Pattaya People reports on page 19 that girls in Coyote A GO-GO are up in arms about broken promises for unpaid wages. They went to air their grievances down the police station. My advice would be to check your change carefully if having a drink there - sounds like times are hard !

  4. Took voluntary redundancy in January. I am in UK now, unemployed and am thinking of doing a locksmith course. They start of at about 700qiud for a 2 day course. My question is, would there be some business for me in Pattaya after the course? I would like to do the add on which is the vehicle locksmith course but add on price too! Got a house in Ban Sarey, so already have a Thai company, but as business venture.. comments please.

A friend of mine did one of these courses at a farm in Romford ! I can only describe it as a very basic introduction !! The Scandinavian locksmiths referred to in another post "TIMO" in soi17 specialize in commercial installations and master / submaster sets.

  5. been approached before in Soi Bukhaow with farang on hard luck stories scrounging money. One had Irish accent, the other northern England. When i explained how to contact the Embassy for assistance they quickly lost interest !
