Bread shops
I've got better things to do than spend hours making bread, I always freeze my bread. And would be more expensive not cheaper.

Rubber tree farm question
They seem to thrive without anything in my area. good option though as loads are being cut to make way for durian, 5yrs and durian won't be worth a lot IMO, also pineapples are grown in-between the rubber trees, no care really needed.

Bread shops
Why do bread shops keep the same amount of white bread, as brown/whole meal Brown always runs out first, and white crap is left till last, Oz was the same, it is so obvious what most people want yet the suppliers just don't seem to understand.

Turns out it was Dengue.
Same as ''Rikki in Issan'' (YouTube) Both were sick his wife was pregnant, she went to the hospital to have the twin daughters, came home days later says I feel very sick, he was still sick, off she went to Hospital alone, sadly she died that night, and he never got to say goodbye, he never saw her again. He now has twin babies to care for alone but with help from her family.

New Driving and Riding Licence in Rayong
Yes TTBOMK, and nothing to do with Covid, people driving and having accidents, with epilepsy, and bad hearts, vision etc., caused the change, everybody must have one now. some people get them from a local clinic cheap, a small hospital cost my Thai wife 200b. She tried arguing why not 30b me Thai. Hasn't improved her driving though

Cooling a 200 sqm warehouse? Estimated costs? Any suggestions from experience?
I saw a very similar type of fan fitted across the ceiling, pointing down, that was in a pub in Airlie beach. OZland. worked well it had rectangle fans, like an Indian "punker wallah" would use. You could always employ one.

New Driving and Riding Licence in Rayong
Are you a resident in Rayong province?, only asking to pass on info to someone else. I use Trat and the process is the same ,cept I have a pink ID card so no COR needed ( i think it is actually called a LETTER of residence?) every Thai license requires a medical cert.

How thick is the insulation? problem is you are renting so any money you put into the building is lost, the roof IMO is the biggest source of heat adding an extra 2" of insulation would improve that immensely. Roof vents can work but can sometimes need a bit of oil otherwise they squeak a rattle, if you put vents in a wall try to find a north facing one, less sun. .

The actual value of land in a Thai person's thinking
brianthainess replied to beautifulthailand99's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land OwnershipHence my comment. I have no gutters, just black plastic on the ground about 4" deep filled with Hin.

Tourist visa conversion to Non-O (Thai family)
Useful info for me as I am thinking to change my extension time from Dec/Jan, to many tourists getting extensions for the 'Holidays' jamming up the office, last year was better as they had the 45day visa, but this year IO was packed. I was thinking of doing a boarder run with no re-entry permit. bloody new Passport last year stuffed me up, from Aug, now it's December.

I love everything about Pattaya what about you ?
WTF?

I love everything about Pattaya what about you ?
Or the wind and driving rain, stink from drains, floods, and pollution. Walking anywhere, uneven trip hazard, blocked footpaths, dodging traffic as you step on the road. Living somewhere is a lot different from being on holiday one month a year. I hope I didn't make you cry too much.

Immigration Bureau Provides Mobile Services on Khaosan Road
Are you ten? but yes tis funny, It is actually spelt Ngop but pronounced NOB to the BOMK. Not to be confused with Liam Gallagher who is a complete NOB. But with his attitude he would make a perfect Immigration officer.

Monk Killed While Crossing a Road in Chonburi
That is the whole point even if he had been wearing a reflective Fluorescent vest, he still wouldn't have seen him in time, he stepped out into the right lane of fast moving traffic, from a car passing him in the left lane, to your logic he should have seen a white car coming. And those frocks are not "BRIGHT" orange only when new, some wear almost brown. How can you walk fast in one of these and I would say carrying his begging bowl.
-
Monk Killed While Crossing a Road in Chonburi
If the driver didn't see him because of the car on his left then the monk could not have seen him, very stupid to cross and those frocks are not made for walking fast, and probably carrying his begging bowl, wearing dark clothing at dawn, how can they blame the driver If you look at the picture you will see yet another of those self made crossings in the ditch that M/C use no doubt heading for that. then cross another busy fast 2 lanes if he had made it. Sorry Monk or not STUPID can not be cured.

Monk Killed While Crossing a Road in Chonburi
Not in mine a highway is not a Motorway or Expressway as called here. yes crossing them is suicided.
-
Monk Killed While Crossing a Road in Chonburi
Stopping on a highway with fast moving traffic for a pedestrian to cross would be very dangerous to all,

Monk Killed While Crossing a Road in Chonburi
And wearing brown in that light is just stupid, dawn and dusk are the worse visibility times of the day.
