How can i get a thai driving license ?
brianthainess replied to bluebanana's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
I find this very strange, I presume you must have a car, what are 'all' the forms did she get your CoE, what is the extra cost for, jumping the Queue ? Can you not drive or read and write ? If you need a medical does she do that for you? So you went there got an appointment and turned up at the appointed time. Just admit you have a crush on your agent. -

The best way IMO if you don't already have an overseas licence is to use a driving school, about 20 hrs tuition was 5,500 baht automatic, 6,000 manual pickup truck, 1k M/C the one in Chanthaburi has dual control cars and also take you on a real road, after you have passed the test computer and circuit you can do all of the test over and over again till you pass, they even have a roundabout ! it is spread over 3 days given books to swat up. I have never been so impressed with a company in Thailand. all included they take you for the med cert. 115b, and to the govt office to get the licence. They even took us to see a nice cheap motel near by. My wife had never driven a car before and passed no problem. -

Try asking in the survey 'who do you think Thailand will back Taiwan or China when/if the crunch comes ?' -
First i don't need 'luxury', I have an 110 sqm single story, 2,600b per sqm + materials paid for COD. My builder has plenty of experience and knowledge, I viewed 6 houses he had already built + a resorts 10 bungalows. Talking to a company proves naff all, go and LOOK at what they have built in the past, preferably the oldest ones. ????
