    RIP to all, but how many exactly were illegally traveling (standing) in the back of the truck, no real excuse for the cement truck to hit them, but I've seen these parades, all standing, playing drums etc. dancing about, and hogging the road, causing tailbacks. just saying.

    I have never known any changes in docs needed for at least 10yrs, except money in the bank changes. all forms i fill out in their office with their pens, the photo shop nearby knows what photos are needed. what really annoys me are people who come in without the correct docs. then argue with the IO who then hands them the list of required Docs. pointing them out extending my wait at the office bcoz of them.

    An all expenses paid jolly for them and you give them more. The three hour drive will not be just to visit you.

    Australian marriage Cert. not Thai so no. kor ror 2 is required every year. He left it 5yrs. I would try the OZ embassy first, email them. or try phoning. They deal with this regularly. Why would you book a holiday knowing you'd be on overstay, can go to Laos get 3mths visa, if no luck with OZ embassy.

    Most are, if you supply all the right docs. asked for, but some people will get angry with them when told, they don't have the right ones, bcoz THEY have not checked what is needed from them, then they accuse the IO of being grumpy or whatever.

    The ID number always stays the same, but Thais can change their name in 15min, ID number stays same same.
